| In recent years,with the continuous increase in the number of construction enterprises and construction employees in my country,the construction market has become fiercely competitive,and the phenomenon of "benefit funnel" with low profitability has appeared.The reason is that it is an important factor that construction companies do not pay attention to quality cost control during the construction process.At this stage,construction companies have relatively sound control over explicit quality costs,while hidden quality costs are concealed and difficult to fully quantify,which are often ignored by companies.Therefore,in response to this phenomenon,this article takes the control of the hidden quality cost in the construction phase of the construction project as the starting point,and studies the hidden quality cost control method based on BIM technology and particle swarm algorithm.This article first defines the concept of hidden quality cost,and objectively analyzes the composition and causes of hidden quality cost through the literature research method,and puts forward the control elements of hidden quality cost based on the existing problems in the construction stage,and uses the questionnaire survey method and factors.Analytical method analyzes the hidden quality cost control elements and their relationships,combined with cost control theory,summarizes public factors into three directions: pre-control,in-event control and post-control,and establishes a hidden quality cost control element system.Based on the previous analysis,the author uses BIM technology to establish a three-dimensional information model to control the hidden quality cost before and during the event,and introduces particle swarm algorithm to control the hidden quality cost afterwards,so as to realize the effectiveness of the hidden quality cost in the whole process of the construction phase.control.Finally,an example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the implicit quality cost optimization control model,and scientific and reasonable control countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.The research results show that the use of BIM technology and particle swarm algorithm can not only deepen the understanding of the hidden quality cost composition and causes of construction companies,but also help construction companies to effectively control the hidden quality cost during the construction phase.The construction of the optimization control model for the hidden quality cost of construction projects not only enriches the hidden quality cost control system of construction projects,but also provides new ideas and methods for construction companies to complete project goals,rationally allocate construction resources,and promote economic benefits. |
