In today's fierce competition in the construction industry,all types of enterprises strive to continuously improve their own construction processes,methods and processes by adjusting and optimizing internal strategies and management methods,with a view to constructing complex and diverse structures,high quality standards and long construction periods.In the process of comprehensive construction products with huge capital expenditure,under the premise of ensuring the construction period,the profits of construction enterprises will be maximized,and the gradual leap from extensive development to refined development will be completed.In recent years,the six-sigma management hidden construction period management measures have provided a new development path and a new management culture for the cost management objectives of construction enterprises.It is not difficult to see in the specific engineering practice that the construction industry direct cost input fluctuation range and compressible space Relatively small,effective control over hidden costs has become a reasonable path and key measures for construction companies to achieve the goal of "open source and reduce expenditure".As an important part of hidden costs,the hidden construction cost is related to the improvement of enterprise cost competitiveness.This paper systematically applies Six Sigma management ideas and methods to the hidden time cost management of the construction industry,and further explores the Six Sigma method.The implementation process and effect of the hidden construction period cost of the construction project.Firstly,through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,this paper explores the research gap of the current recessive construction cost system,and integrates the theoretical contents of EPC general contracting,Six Sigma and traditional hidden cost management,and further demonstrates Six Sigma hidden time cost management.The feasibility laid the necessary theoretical foundation.Secondly,on the basis of exploring the status quo and existing problems of EPC construction stage cost management,the source and impact factors of hidden construction period cost are found,and the post-Six Sigma management measures can be applied to specific projects in a targeted manner to achieve multi-projects.Optimize,multi-factor management to grasp the direction.Finally,taking the actual project X as an example,using the six sigma main implementation process and the tools used in each stage,the system definition of related indicators,the recording and measurement of parameters,the measurement and analysis of data information,the specific methods of parameter improvement and detailed control measures are completed.A series of dynamic optimization management.Combined with specific case studies,it is proved that Six Sigma is used in the hidden construction cost of EPC project construction,which can Supervise and control the implementation of the established schedule,but more importantly,measure and analyze each progress indicator one by one.And improvement,the level of refined management of the project progress is greatly improved at the implementation level,which provides a practical and feasible operation path for effectively reducing the low economic efficiency of the EPC project,and guarantees the construction enterprise to achieve the construction period-cost integration goal.
