Building Producibility Design Based On BIM

In the process of learning from manufacturing industry,the convergence of manufacturing industry and construction industry strengthens the concept of construction "product".Advanced manufacturing technology is gradually introduced into the building,however,there are some limitations in the depth and angle of application.Building industrialization has become an important direction of design and construction,but there is no exact concept of "building productization" in the research at home and abroad.Through comparative analysis of manufacturing products and building similarities and differences,we define "building productization" : a process of building serialization based on standardization and modular method to improve the degree of generalization of building products at all levels.In engineering practice,lean construction advocates that "building is a fixed product,and mobile personnel" are limited to on-site construction and construction methods,which can not improve the quality of building products to the level of manufacturing industry.Through system analysis method,the characteristics of building standardization,generalization,serialization and modularization are analyzed.Combined with case study,the building component building module building series is proposed Building product structure system.BIM is a design strategy only for the purpose of submitting architectural design drawings,which is limited to the connection between design and products,resulting in a large number of repetitive and inefficient design work,information isolation between databases,poor information effectiveness,and difficult to support the development of building productization.Applying model analysis method,introducing the concept of manufacturing product family,establishing the analysis model of building productization application,and summarizing the building products The design method of building product is summarized.Based on the perspective of productization,this paper extends the concept of "building productization" from three levels of building component products,module products and series products,discusses the BIM based design mode of building productization,and takes the old residential area add-on elevator project as an example to carry out a comparative study of building productization design and find out the suitable development mode of building productization.Like manufacturing industry,it supports a series of optimization processes of architectural design,production and construction,and accelerates the "manufacturing industry" of construction engineering.
