Characteristic Homestay Of Qingdao Badaguan Historic Building Compiex Planning And Design Research

As important historical sites and representative buildings in modern times,the Badaguan Historical Building complex in Qingdao has been approved by the State Council to be included in the list of the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units,which is an important part of China's key cultural relics protection units.In this paper,through the systematic arrangement and design of the residential protection and utilization of historical buildings,it is found that characteristic residential accommodation can not only promote the sustainable development of buildings,but also achieve the protection and reuse of historical buildings,so as to protect them forever.Alleviate the pressure on the maintenance funds of the local government,but also bring far-reaching social impact to Qingdao in terms of culture and economy.This paper takes the Badaguan historic building complex as the research object to study the design and planning of characteristic residential accommodation.The main research contents include the following: first of all,it introduces the background and significance of this topic,determines the research contents,purposes and methods,through the current research situation at home and abroad,to provide theoretical support and reference for the residential design of Badaguan historical buildings,on the basis of a large number of field investigations,using the research methods of literature collection,field research,theory and practice,To clarify the ways of protection and reuse of historic buildings;Secondly,it briefly analyzes the protection ways of the residential utilization of historical buildings to achieve the protection of historical buildings,and discusses the advantages of historical buildings,the transformation principles followed and the significance of the transformation of historical buildings.This paper combs and classifies the current situation of building preservation in Badaguan area,and analyzes the feasibility of the construction of residential accommodation with the characteristics of historical buildings,value analysis and suitability.Finally,on the basis of the previous comprehensive analysis,the paper puts forward the planning principles,planning objectives and main planning contents of the characteristic residential buildings in Badaguan,and analyzes the planning and design of the historic buildings in Badaguan by the way of plane modularization.Taking the Badaguan historic building in Qingdao as an example,this paper puts forward the planning countermeasures for the residential utilization and protection of historic buildings through the field investigation and modular analysis of historic buildings.It can bring high practical value to the planning and transformation of architectural tourism in Qingdao,and bring corresponding theoretical guidance for this type of building transformation,which has important practical significance.
