Under the promotion and support of national policies,green building and prefab building have been developed rapidly.In particular,prefab steel structure residential building has been widely concerned and supported for its excellent anti-seismic performance and high assembly rate.With the deepening of research,the structural system of steel structure building is becoming more and more mature.The development of more and more scholars’ structural system promotes the development of supporting exterior wall panel system,and lightweight wall panel becomes the trend.However,the wall panel system maturity is insufficient,there are large-scale cracking,falling off phenomenon,it is urgent to solve.The research on the anti-shedding connection technology of steel structure buildings,especially steel shear wall buildings,is helpful to popularize the application of steel structure buildings to high-rise and super-high-rise buildings,so as to give full play to the performance advantages and industrial advantages of steel structure.By means of engineering research,quasi-static test,finite element analysis and other methods,this paper systematically studied the anti-falling joint structure of outer wall panels of assembled composite shear wall building.The specific contents are as follows:(1)Conduct investigation and analysis on the commonly used exterior wall panel materials of steel structure buildings,comprehensively compare the mechanical properties,economy and construction convenience of different materials,and obtain the wall panel materials suitable for the assembled composite shear wall system,and conduct structural design on them.(2)Design 3 full size set of prefabricated composite shear wall cladding,pseudo static test research,research the combination of different structural shear wall cladding system under horizontal low cyclic reciprocating load each order of component damage and destruction features,structural failure of the whole process analysis,structure seismic performance and failure mechanism.(3)The software ABAQUS was used to conduct numerical simulation and theoretical analysis on the stress characteristics and failure mechanism of the external wallboard system,and the influence of ALC plate connection bolt position,ALC plate hole length,rock wool board bonding rate and other parameters on the stress and deformation of the external wallboard system was discussed.On this basis,the design and construction of composite shear wall wallboard structure is proposed,which provides theoretical guidance for the subsequent practical engineering application.(4)According to experiement and simulation analysis,the key parameters affecting the safety of wallboard construction are obtained,the construction process and precautions of wallboard are proposed,and the safety evaluation method of wallboard construction is established.
