| In order to meet the requirements of new urbanization construction,the state has issued policies to accelerate the process of building industrialization,and prefabricated steel structure buildings have gradually become a research focus in the construction industry.The new type of prefabricated PC sandwich semi-embedded exterior wall proposed in this paper is an improvement on the basis of the externally mounted PC sandwich semi-embedded wall panel used in the dormitory building of the Changjiang&Jinggong Ningxia Prefabricated Industrial Base.Mainly to the original hanging wall panels hanging way and wall panels and the main structure of the connection piece for innovation.In this study,with different opening conditions as the design parameters,three new prefabricated PC sandwich semi-inlaid wall panels and the original hanging wall panels were designed under different opening conditions.The ABAQUS finite element software was used for numerical simulation to study the seismic performance of the components under low cyclic reciprocating loads.The research mainly includes the compression performance analysis of the new connectors and the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,ductility performance and energy dissipation performance analysis of four kinds of wallboard members.The simulation results show:The self-weight of the new fabricated PC sandwich semi-inlaid wall panel is lower than that of the original external wall panel.The matching design of the new assembled PC sandwich half-inlaid wall panel connector can withstand the design load combination.Under the action of low-cycle reciprocating load,The hysteresis curve of the new prefabricated PC sandwich semi-inlaid wall panel is more "pinched" than the original external wall panel.It shows that the new semi-embedded wall panel is more affected by shearing,and the bearing capacity and initial rigidity are slightly higher than the original external wall panel.The stiffness degradation law of the components is basically the same,and the energy consumption capacity is not much different from the original external wall panel.The deformation of the new fabricated PC sandwich semi-embedded wall panel under three different opening conditions can meet the requirements of the building structure load code.With the increase of the size of the opening,the load-bearing capacity and ductility coefficient of the component decrease;the law of stiffness degradation and the energy dissipation capacity have nothing to do with the opening size. |
