According to China’s industry development report,at this stage,China’s social and economic development still needs the construction industry to play its role as a pillar industry.Because construction projects are characterized by heavy workload, high cost, long time and uncertainty,we need to use modern management methods to ensure the smooth delivery of the project, and as efficient and low-consumption as possible. Therefore,it is of great value and significance to study multi-objective integration management of engineering project from both theoretical and practical perspectives. However, the current management of engineering project in our country has not clearly realized the idea of integrating many factors involved in the process of project implementation into a unified system, and its application is obviously insufficient. Therefore, after analyzing the meaning and content of multi-objective integrated management of engineering project, this paper establishes the evaluation model of multi-objective integrated management of engineering project based on cobweb model on the basis of earned value method, timely feedback of evaluation is used to improve management efficiency in construction, and an example is given to illustrate.First of all, this paper summarizes the development of integrated management and objective management, and expounds the theory of multi-objective integrated management of engineering projects, which integrates them into engineering projects, the paper focuses on the analysis of the contradiction and dialectical unity between the cost objective, schedule objective, quality objective, safety objective and environmental protection objective, and the improvement of the multi-objective integration method is proposed, which extends from the triangular model to the cobweb model.Secondly, under the requirements of modern complex large-scale engineering projects, this paper adds safety objective and environmental protection objective on the basis of the traditional three objectives of quality, schedule and cost. The quality, safety and environmental protection objectives are transformed from qualitative to quantitative by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and then the individual evaluation indexes CPI,SPI,QPI,SSPI,EPI are defined based on the “Earned value” principle, for integration and case analysis. Then,as a universal mathematical evaluation method, cobweb model is also applicable to the engineering field. It can integrate the five major engineering objects into a plane graph, which not only links all the objects together but also avoids the problem of weight distribution in function integration.Through drawing the multi-objective integrated spider-web diagram in the stage, calculating the spider-web area ratio S to evaluate the effect of multi-objective integrated management, providing a reference for the follow-up objective control, and ensuring the completion of the project with high-quality and high-efficiency,this is also a creative application of this paper. Finally, through a bridge project example, the paper analyzes the multi-objective integrated management evaluation model of engineering project based on cobweb model.Using MATLAB to calculate the evaluation index of single objective and the evaluation index of integrated management, and according to the change of the data, the increase and decrease trend of a single objective and the result of the overall integrated evaluation of the project in each stage are analyzed. From the point of view of part and whole, the problems in the management process can be seen clearly. The fact have proved that the results of the theoretical analysis are consistent with the actual construction status, which illustrates the applicability of the theoretical model.
