Passenger elevators are widely used in urban high-rise buildings.As the most commonly used means of transportation for people to go up and down daily,the reliability and safety of passenger elevators are essential to ensure the safety of passengers,and maintenance is the most effective way to ensure the safety performance of elevators during the use phase.However,current passenger elevators in different applications have adopted regular maintenance strategies during their life cycles,which cannot meet the maintenance requirements of passenger elevators at different stages of use,and cannot meet the maintenance requirements of elevators in different situations.At the same time,the State Administration for Market Regulation proposed that elevators should be maintained on demand,but there is currently a lack of relevant theoretical support,and it is very necessary to study the maintenance strategy of passenger elevators.Based on the analysis of the causes of passenger elevator failures and current maintenance strategies,this paper studies the component-level and system-level maintenance decisions based on conditional maintenance for the degraded faults in the passenger elevator system,so that each component can choose different maintenance strategies according to its own status changes,the details are as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background and topic significance of the passenger elevator maintenance strategy,summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of equipment maintenance strategy and the research status of elevator maintenance strategy,and finally gives the main content and main technical route of this article.In chapter 2 the reasons for the failure of the passenger elevator and its maintenance procedures are analyzed.Firstly,it introduces the basic structure of the passenger elevator,and its main failure causes and types,combined with the current actual maintenance situation,analyzes and studies the problems of the passenger elevator in the maintenance process and the structure of the maintenance cost,laid a foundation for research on maintenance strategy and cost rate optimization.In chapter 3 the condition maintenance strategy of a single component of the passenger elevator’s degradation failure is studied.Based on the consideration that mechanical components with degraded faults will have different maintenance requirements at different times,a detection strategy decision factor is proposed.Using CBM(condition-based maintenance)maintenance theory and random degradation processes,a single component-based elevator mechanical system is established.The condition maintenance decision-making model of the Gamma process and the cost rate model for minimizing the maintenance cost,and taking the brake as an example,It is found that the proposed method can reduce the frequency of inspection and maintenance while maintaining a low maintenance cost rate and subsequent maintenance probability,which verifies the feasibility of the established model.In chapter 4 the condition-opportunity maintenance strategy of multiple components of the passenger elevator mechanical system is studied.Firstly,it analyzes the maintenance relevance of multiple components,and proposes to classify the inspection activities according to inclusiveness.Then,using the opportunistic maintenance principle and imperfect maintenance modeling theory,an imperfect maintenance model and a grouped maintenance method are proposed.Subsequently,a multi-component state opportunity maintenance strategy for imperfect maintenance of passenger elevators was established,and optimize maintenance decision variables with the goal of minimizing maintenance cost.Finally,a two-component system consisting of a traction machine and a brake is used for instance application.It is found that the proposed maintenance strategy can significantly reduce the system.The maintenance cost of the proposed method proves the correctness of the proposed method.In chapter 5 summarizes the main research work of this article and looks forward to the future research directions.
