As the key core of manufacturing operation,more and more attention has been paid to the health status and maintenance decision-making of manufacturing equipment.In the manufacturing industry,the monitoring,maintenance and inventory costs of manufacturing equipment account for most of the total operating costs,and the equipment status has an impact on the product qualification rate and customer satisfaction.Operating costs are of great significance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.This thesis aims at the optimization and formulation of maintenance strategies for key components of manufacturing equipment.In consideration of production tasks,component reliability,and remaining life,a dynamic maintenance strategy was developed for key components of manufacturing equipment combined with condition-based maintenance and opportunistic maintenance.The thesis 2first adopts the modeling method based on the inverse Gaussian process to model the degradation process of the key components of the manufacturing equipment.Through the inverse Gaussian distribution properties,the calculation function of the reliability and remaining service life of key components is obtained,and then based on the remaining service life and production task information of key components,a dynamic maintenance decision-making model combining condition-based maintenance and opportunistic maintenance is established.In this thesis,the established maintenance model is used to calculate the corresponding maintenance probability of each maintenance situation,and the cost planning function with the goal of minimizing maintenance cost is derived to solve the optimal preventive maintenance threshold.Finally,this thesis obtains the optimal threshold of preventive maintenance of the maintenance strategy through the algorithm simulation of the maintenance model.By comparing the maintenance cost rate of two strategies,the effectiveness of the maintenance model is verified.
