| With the development of intelligence and automation of modern equipment system,the requirements of operation environment are increasingly strict.Under the daily working load,aging and wear of components and other factors the internal performance of this kind of equipment will gradually degrade.Meanwhile,sudden changes of external factors such as environment and human factors will also cause unpredictable random impact on the equipment.This kind of system is called DTS(degradation-threshold-shock)system.The frequent failures of DTS system will not only lead to high economic losses,but also bring potential security risks and accidents.At the same time,with the increasing integration of equipment,the number of components increases dramatically,which also makes its failures and consequences more complex and serious.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to how to carry out effective and lowcost maintenance and management for multi-component DTS systems.In this paper,the maintenance modeling of multi-component DTS equipment faced is studied.Firstly,the degradation of components is simulated by Gamma process and Wiener process,and the external shock effect of equipment is simulated by Poisson process which integrates the inner degrade,and then the imperfect repair of components is constructed by lognormal distribution so that the degradation residual after repair of components can be effectively distinguished.Then,on this basis,through the evaluation of the importance of components,the integration condition index based on the state and importance of components is introduced,and then the "integration condition threshold-variable period detection" strategy and decision-making model for DTS multi-component equipment is established.After that,the importance modeling method of component is extended,through the remaining useful life(RUL)prediction modeling of multi-component DTS system a component importance model with concerning the RUL index is constructed,then a predictive maintenance model of "predictive state detection-dynamic integration state threshold" is established.Finally,a decision function is constructed to minimize the cost rate and two maintenance strategies are analyzed based on Monte Carlo simulation,and the sensitivity of the main parameters affecting the maintenance strategy is also concerned.This paper has studied the problem of failure and maintenance modeling of multi-component DTS system comprehensively.The results show that the maintenance model can effectively represent the actual decline and maintenance of multi-component DTS system,and has a certain reference role for the implementation of CBM of multi-component DTS equipment in related industries. |
