| With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the ecological environment of residential district has been paid more and more attention.The ecological residential community has become the development trend of urban residential construction in the future.The construction of green residential district in China started in the 1990 s.It started late and the main body of planning and design is relatively single.With the development of the era,the ecological residential community which takes improving human ecological environment as the starting point and ultimate goal has become one of the important issues of the times.Xi’an is one of the earliest cities to explore the construction of ecological residential community,and it is located in the northwest.Therefore,the development of ecological residential community in Xi’an has certain demonstration significance.Taking Xi’an ecological residential community as the research object,this paper first combs the research theory(theoretical works,relevant meetings,evaluation system,etc.)and practical cases at the present stage.Through the interpretation of the latest edition of "Shaanxi Province ecological residential community construction evaluation standard" which was officially implemented on February 1,2019,An evaluation system based on land saving and outdoor environment,energy and environment,residential water environment,materials and resources is established.Based on this evaluation system,the paper analyzes the actual cases of three ecological residential communities in Xi’an,evaluates the landing situation,comprehensive benefits and promotion value of all aspects,and puts forward the development direction and key points of construction of ecological residential community in the future.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and case study,this paper explores the planning and design strategy of Xi’an ecological residential community from three aspects of regional characteristics,climate conditions and era background.In the conclusion,combined with park planning,architectural design,landscape design and new technology application,it puts forward specific design points,covering residential site selection,transportation,site utilization,lighting and ventilation,and ecology Greening,resource saving,assembly technology and other aspects.In addition,this paper improves the residential space in the post epidemic era,and puts forward the design strategy based on indoor and outdoor healthy environment and non-contact home,which enriches the new connotation of ecological residential community under the background of the times.This paper summarizes and studies the planning and design strategies of ecological residential community under the regional conditions of Xi’an,which provides architects,developers and relevant personnel with the planning and design ideas of ecological residential community in the future,which has strong practical significance;it also promotes the research process of ecological residential community in China and further enriches the theoretical basis of green ecological residential community planning and design. |
