With the continuous progress of urbanization in China,energy consumption is also growing rapidly.Due to the non renewable of coal,oil,natural gas and other petrochemical energy,accelerating the development of clean energy and improving the conversion efficiency of non renewable energy become the main means to solve the energy contradiction.At present,China’s energy efficiency is generally low,and the social operation cost is increasing,which seriously hinders the healthy and sustainable development of economy“ "National Central City" is the highest level in China’s urban system construction,and also the first echelon of national comprehensive city ranking.Xi’an city was one belt,one road city in 2018.It was granted ninth national city centers in 2018.Its development orientation not only responds to the policy of "one belt and one road",but also plays an exemplary role in the urbanization of the western region.However,with the rapid growth of Xi’an’s economic level,energy consumption is also rising.In this context,it is urgent to formulate scientific and reasonable countermeasures to improve energy efficiency and promote the sustainable economic and ecological development of Xi’an.Under the background of building Xi’an into a "National Central City",in order to improve the energy efficiency of Xi’an,this paper comprehensively analyzes the spatial correlation law and influencing factors of energy efficiency in Xi’an,and provides scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of Xi’an.Firstly,the super efficiency sbm-dea model is used to calculate the energy efficiency of Xi’an from 2010 to 2019;Secondly,we use social network analysis to analyze the spatial correlation of energy efficiency in Xi’an from the perspective of overall and regional differences;Thirdly,through the QAP correlation analysis method,we get five factors that affect the energy efficiency of each district and county in Xi’an,and use the QAP regression analysis method to rank the five factors;Then,the paper analyzes the five factors that affect the energy efficiency of each district and county in Xi’an,and selects the representative industrial structure factors to analyze the advanced degree,rationality degree and concentration degree,so as to explore the coupling relationship between energy efficiency and industrial structure;Finally,based on the spatial correlation of energy efficiency,influencing factors and the coupling relationship with industrial structure,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the energy efficiency of Xi’an are put forward.The study consists of seven parts.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,combs the domestic and foreign literature on the measurement,spatial correlation and influencing factors of energy efficiency,and expounds the research content and technical route of this paper;The second chapter introduces the related theories used in the research,mainly including the measurement of energy efficiency,the spatial correlation of energy efficiency and the influencing factors of energy efficiency;In the third chapter,the current situation of energy consumption in Xi’an is summarized.Based on the super efficiency sbm-dea model,the energy efficiency of each district and county in Xi’an from 2010 to 2019 is calculated and analyzed.The results show that the change trend of the energy efficiency value of each district and county in Xi’an is generally volatile,and the energy efficiency of each district and county is significantly different;The fourth chapter starts from the spatial correlation characteristics of energy efficiency in Xi’an.The energy efficiency in Xi’an can be divided into four plates,but the correlation between the plates is less,and the role of each plate has not been fully played.Starting from the overall influencing factors of energy efficiency in Xi’an,the paper uses QAP regression analysis method to get the economic development level,energy consumption and energy consumption Industrial structure and energy consumption structure are the important driving factors affecting the energy efficiency of Xi’an;In the fifth chapter,the coupling relationship between energy efficiency and industrial structure is explained by calculating the spatial characteristics of the industrial structure in Xi’an;In Chapter 6,based on the measurement results,spatial relationship and influencing factors of energy efficiency in Xi’an,the countermeasures to further improve the energy efficiency in Xi’an are put forward.Finally,the seventh chapter summarizes and prospects the research.To sum up,the spatial correlation analysis of Xi’an’s energy efficiency and its influencing factors based on DEA model can not only point out the direction of Xi’an’s industrial structure and economic transformation and upgrading,but also provide reference for the improvement of energy and environmental efficiency of similar national central cities from the perspective of network.
