| Under the current decentralized operation and maintenance management system,in particular,the network service mode is transformed from device-oriented and network-oriented to service-oriented and customer-oriented,the general problems of our military integrated information network,such as the low quality of network operation,the low efficiency of professional work processing,and the lack of operation and maintenance management methods,have become more prominent.Therefore,researching the new mode of operation and maintenance management of the military integrated information network is of great significance to the development of operation and maintenance management system of our military network.This thesis designs an architecture of the centralized operation and maintenance management system,and then compares and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the decentralized and centralized operation and maintenance management.Finally,it explores the evolution strategy of the new mode.The thesis mainly completed the following work:First,the thesis explores a centralized network operation and maintenance management mode.Firstly,it analyzes the organizational structure and main functions of the current military integrated information network,and analyzes the problems and causes of the operation and maintenance management of the network.Secondly,combined with the actual of the PLA,it proposes the centralized operation and maintenance management mode,and designs the organizational structure,and the operation and maintenance processes.Finally,it relies on the existing network management system to partially verify the technical feasibility of the centralized network operation and maintenance management.Second,this thesis explores methods to evaluate the quality of network operations.Combining the quality of network operation with the satisfaction of customers,it builds an evaluation index system from multiple dimensions,and then establishes an evaluation model based on AHP.Considering the actual lack of historical datas,the effectiveness of the index is determined by experts scoring method to evaluate the quality of network operation.Third,this thesis explores the efficiency evaluation method of operation and maintenance process.Taking the cross-military professional work scheduling as an example,the process simulation method is used to simulate the decentralized and centralized network operation and maintenance management processes,and calculates the time required to process tasks of the professional work scheduling.The simulation results show that the centralized operation and maintenance management can reduce the management level in the process of the professional work scheduling,which can effectively improve the capability of professional work processing. |
