As the most populous country in the world,the trend of aging society in China continues to increase,and the problem of pension service has attracted the attention of all walks of life.With the increase of age,all aspects of the body function of the elderly are gradually reduced,and their health is easily troubled by various chronic diseases.And the elderly because of poor memory,hearing,vision and other sensory decline,may often be missed,mistakenly,mistakenly take drugs.Aiming at the problem of taking medicine for the elderly,this paper first systematically introduces the research status of domestic and foreign household medicine box,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing products,and investigates the medicine box for the elderly.Aiming at different kinds of drugs,this paper designs the automatic drug taking mechanism of the assistant medicine box,puts forward the overall structure design scheme of the assistant medicine box,and determines that the drug box is designed according to three modules: the bag medicine,the bottled medicine and the flaky medicine.The sub functions of each module are determined by the method of the solution of the drug box based on the function element solution,and the function element solution matrix of the bag medicine module is further obtained.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the mechanical claw of the grab and pour medicine module is evaluated and selected.The granular drug module is designed by the combination mechanism principle.The driving mechanism and the actuator in the bottle medicine module are designed creatively.The two functional modules of the bottle drug are designed by the theory of variable cell mechanism.The opening of the bottle cap and the pouring out of the liquid medicine are realized by cooperating with the two-way power output device.The double rotary table mechanism is designed for the tablet medicine module.The different flake drugs are stored and separated by the front rotating drug box.The rear feeding plate takes the pills out through the fan on it.The three-dimensional model of the medicine box is established by Solid Works software.The stress analysis of the support frame supporting the whole open cover module is carried out by ANSYS,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the support frame;At the same time,static stress analysis is carried out on the base of the grab and pouring module and the connected support block,and the overall size is optimized.Finally,the medicine box is assembled and debugged.The whole drug box was assembled in virtual way to ensure that there was no obvious interference between the mechanisms,then the physical modeling was carried out,and the model was assembled and debugged.The medicine box designed in this project can serve the daily life of the elderly,help the elderly to solve the problem of taking medicine on time and quantitatively,and play a positive role in reducing the phenomenon of missing and mistaking medicine for the elderly.
