Railway track is a new type of special operations vehicles.It can be used to tow other vehicles,detect track circuit,remove snow in the orbit and remove fire and others,its use is very widespread.This thesis focuses on the running system of the railway car,on the basis of the research and design of rail vehicles chassis,the chassis that include track wheel walking system and track walking system was proposed,and the key mechanism was designed and researched,that is conversion mechanism of wheels and tracks and auxiliary mechanism while upping and leaving orbit,to provide theoretical basis and structure reference for the better design of the railway track chassis.1.The the railway track chassis was designed totally,according to the chassis requirements,the conversion mechanism of wheels and tracks was chosen and the auxiliary mechanism while upping and leaving orbit was designed totally,that include the selection of track wheel and the type of drive motor and other design of specific parts.The working principle of the auxiliary mechanism while upping and leaving orbit was elaborated,the rotating device and vehicle translation device were designed.2.The kinematics model of the conversion mechanism of wheels and tracks was analyzed.In the research,the model of conversion mechanism was simplified and the analytic method was used to study the relationship between every moving component and the transition state.Then the theoretical motion curve of the component was drawn by mading program in MATLAB and analyzed in detailed.Finally,the process of switching and the real movement law was simulated by using simulation software ADAMS,simulation curve and theoretical curve was compared with each other and the causes of error was summarized to verify the correctness of theoretical analysis.3.The finite element analysis of switching mechanism was done by using the simulation analysis function of ANSYS Workbench,the finite element analysis included the static analysis of switching mechanism,modal analysis,optimization design of transfer shaft to verify its performance and analyze whether the conversion axis resonance and save material on the basis of meeting the use requirements.4.The auxiliary mechanism while upping and leaving orbit was studied in detailed.Lifting hydraulic cylinder in the auxiliary mechanism was calculatedtheoretically that was the calculation of the maximum bearing load.The buckling analysis of the Lifting hydraulic cylinder was carried out by using finite element analysis software,the buckling load and buckling state was obtained and compared with the axial maximum load of theoretical calculation.The external load model was established about the four point contact ball external tooth slewing bearing and the model of safety factor and the formula of friction resistance distance were established.The translational slide block device was studied that is equivalent load of largest force slider between eight sliders while it is horizontal position,the corner and the slope of the track.The safety factor was calculated to determine whether or not to work safely.
