Semi-luffingtripper are often used in bucket wheel stacker reclaimer for unidirectional stacks and reclaimer,because of the heavy equipment and bad working environment,the pitching mechanism has the defects of poor synchronization of double oil cylinder,inconvenient maintenance and too large deformation of the head of the beam,which seriously affects the stability and reliability of the tripper.Therefore,this paper takes the pitching mechanism of semi-luffingtripper of DQL800/800.35 bucket wheel stacker reclaimer as the research object and carries out scientific research.The main topics and innovation points of this thesis are as follows:1.Structure improvementfor pitch mechanism.The improvement scheme could be proposed designed according to the analysisof the structure and state of the pitching mechanism,including adjustment of structure,the analysis of mechanical properties of oil cylinder,the change of principle of operation of oil cylinder,the simplification of the number of oil cylinders,and design and calculation of main steel structure.The scheme was improved comprehensively,in order to improve the quality of the products.2.The three-dimensional digital design of the pitching main beam.The application of the parameterized design of the 3D design software Inventor in th e mechanical design is studied.The advanced modeling method of top-down is used,and the skeleton is derived from the draft framework,the parametric design technology is based on EXCEL parameter table and size constraints,so as to complete the parametric design of pitching mainbeam and lay a solid foundation for further improvement.3.The finite element analysis of the steel structure.Section s and sizes of steel structure are determined by theoretical calculation.However,the precise sizes and details of the section are difficult to achieve,especially in the design of statically indeterminate structure and complex stress region.In order to further verify the reasonableness of the sections and sizes of structure,the finite element analysis software isadopted.In this paper,the main beam of the steel structure of the pitching mechanism is analyzed by ANSYS,it is verified that the strength and stiffness of the pitching girder under various working conditions meet the requirements.Improvement for pitch mechanism of semi-luffing tripper,which is not only greatly improve the reliability of pitching mechanism,but also improve the convenience of the maintenance of the pitch mechanism.At the same time,which is greatly improve the stability of semi-luffingtripper and ensurethe work of user is carried out effectively.Therefore,overall performance of semi-luffing tripper is improved greatly by the implementation of this work.
