Study On Cost Reduction Path Of Manufaturing Enterprises Under Supply Side Background

At present,China is in the period of economic structure transformation,and manufacturing is the basic industry supporting the economic and social development and people’s living needs.Manufacturing industry has encountered bottlenecks in recent years.Manufacturing enterprises are generally impacted by the international economic development and the changes of domestic market environment,and the economic benefits gradually decrease.There is a close relationship between the cost and benefit of the enterprise,especially for the manufacturing industry,which has many types of products,complex cost structure and intersecting departments.For the decision-makers of such enterprises,how to effectively reduce the cost of enterprises is always a problem.Since the supply side structural reform was proposed in 2015,local governments and enterprise units have formulated a series of policies,which give positive response to the reform policies proposed by the state.In this process,"cost reduction" is a key task to be paid attention to.How to take effective measures to reduce the cost of enterprises in the overall background of supply side reform has become a key task of manufacturing enterprises.This thesis adopts two research methods: literature research method and case analysis method.The research ideas are as follows: first,the thesis introduces the practical significance of the research on cost reduction of manufacturing enterprises in the whole environment of supply side reform.Secondly,the system background and related theoretical content of the subject are described and explained.Third,the case study,taking the group of us as an example,from both internal and external aspects,analyzes the cost composition and characteristics of the group.Comparing the average value of Meiji group with Gree Electric appliances and industry,the thesis discusses the problems existing in cost control before the supply side reform,such as: the high proportion of raw material cost increases greatly;the number of employees is declining,but the labor cost is rising;the contribution rate of depreciation cost to profit is reduced.Fourth,the thesis mainly analyzes the path of reducing the cost of the group under the background of supply side.From the internal and external cost of the group,the thesis provides other manufacturing enterprises with relevant experience of cost reduction.The research finds that Meimei group optimizes the purchasing system,carries out futures operation business of some copper materials,reduces the cost of raw materials,actively conducts staff training,improves work efficiency,attaches importance to high-quality talents,establishes reasonable salary system and reduces labor cost;as the leading product category,Meimei is the leading global household appliance industry leader,striving to realize product upgrading,from And reduce energy cost;improve the contribution rate of sales expenses by fully developing distributors and "t+3" production mode,reduce production and marketing costs;improve management efficiency by improving corporate governance mechanism and effective incentive mechanism and fully using digital management technology;while integrating global R & D resources and researching core technologies,Meiji group attaches more importance to the transformation of R & D achievements,To improve the contribution rate of R & D expenses;to improve credit risk management and reduce financial expenses;the Group actively held professional skills training for financial personnel to reasonably avoid tax and reduce the tax burden;in addition,the company continued to repurchase shares and cancel the debt financing cost.Fifth,the thesis analyzes the cost reduction effect of the Group supply side reform of the United States,and finds that the group cost reduction path of Meimei has achieved certain results.The Enlightenment of the cost reduction path of manufacturing enterprises in the context of supply side is as follows: the focus of cost reduction of manufacturing enterprises is on salary and raw materials;reducing the burden of taxes and fees requires the joint efforts of the government and enterprises;perfecting the cost management system and implementing the cost control of the whole process;the balance of market supply is the key to supply side reform.
