Research On The Optimal Design Strategy Of Neighborhood Space Landscape In Youth Low-rent Community

In the past two years,as the battle for talents in major cities has kicked off,in order to better attract and retain talents,more and more low-rent housing construction has targeted newly-employed youth as the audience.Under the pressure of survival and the discipline of social forces,the youth’s sense of belonging is seriously lacking,the relationship between neighbors is broken,and the spatial landscape of the youth residential area has not formed a systematic design.This type of community design often only pays attention to universal needs,while ignoring the adaptability design for the individual needs and lifestyles of young people,and it has been unable to adapt to the current young people’s new cultural background.Therefore,it is very important to study the neighborhood space that meets the living needs of young people.It not only provides a basis for improving the neighborhood space environment of youth low-rent communities,but also plays a positive role in the future integration of youth culture and community culture.This article takes the youth low-rent community as the research object and studies the landscape design of neighborhood space.First,analyze the related concepts and research on youth low-rent communities and neighbourhood space landscapes,summarize relevant theories and practical data at home and abroad,and lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent practice;secondly,investigate youth lifestyles and individual factors,To clarify the needs of youth space behavior;again,conduct a fieldinvestigation on the current situation of Xi’an Qujiang Leju community landscape,analyze and summarize the problems existing in the neighborhood space landscape of the youth low-rent community;finally,put forward corresponding optimization design strategies for the problems,and Xi’an Qujiang Leju Community was optimized and transformed.The research results show that in the neighborhood space of the community,enriching the space for young people to return home,shaping the environment for youth to relieve pressure,adding space activities with new social methods,creating a space for youth mutual assistance and sharing,and integrating new youth culture strategies can not only improve young people’s The neighborhood space environment,to a certain extent,helps young people gain a sense of belonging in the community,making them more sense of gain,happiness,and security.
