Study On Residential Corridor Space Design Based On Neighborhood Communication

With the rapid urbanization in our country, boosting the development of residential plots and standard design of replication. City residents reduce the communication with their neighborhood.And there appears a phenomenon that residents live status impersonal. So to promote neighborhood communication, form a good sense of belonging to the residential design, is one of the most important research in residential design. At the same time, the current market for the choice of the trend of the residence forms a single style gradually. Gallery apartment as a kind of residential type, which had been active in residential design field all over the world, but in recent years, this type of housing has hardly appeared in China’s residential design, however,it is still active in foreign design market.In Chinese traditional architecture, whether porch courtyard or quadrangle courtyard, corridor plays an important role in the construction of an architecture. The gallery space is the inheritance of the traditional courtyard space gallery. In the residential corridor space which can improve neighborhood communication.This paper intends to solve the problem that whether the designer can cover the shortage of hand housing in the existing gallery space.According to the questions mentioned above, the paper intends to use some methods such as questionnaire survey, field observation, and behavior map to explore in the gallery space neighborhood communication behavior, analyze the relationship between the residential corridor space in different forms and communicative action. Summing up the factors that can impact the corridor space communication. Tries to discuss the method about the residential corridor space design effectively,promoting the communication among the residents.Meanwhile,hoping to have positive effects on the diversification of domestic residential design house form in the future.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first part is the theoretical research, illustrate the research background, research problems, the purpose and significance of the study, interpretation of topics and related concepts, giving a brief analysis about the domestic and foreign countries.The second part will introduce the nature of porch space and the neighborhood communication. This paper wants to give a new concepts of residential. And on the veranda style residential development of carding, which set of practical significance of the research of corridor space in residential, then expounds the main problems in our country at the present about neighborhood communication.The third part on the veranda houses have been constructed to conduct field research, studying people’s basic communication activities. Summarize the behavior and psychological characteristics of residents in communication.The forth part should be the main body of the paper, the paper mainly discusses the specific problems of residential space design of the porch. At the same time, using the questionnaire survey, behavior map labeling, field observation, and the relationship among neighbourhood interaction behavior and residential corridor space form will be discussed in the paper, describing the influence on actions on the porch space design and requirements and gallery space of neighborhood interaction.The fifth part, in view of the above effects of neighborhood intercourse space elements, combining with some excellent cases, contemporary gallery houses under the influence of the interaction behavior of residents residential corridor space. Discussing about how residents activities influence the design method and provide a reference for the diversity of residential design in the future.
