Landscape Renovation Of Children’s School Commuting Path Near Schools From The Perspective Of Safety

In recent years,the rapid development of urbanization and urban motorization has restricted children’s way of commuting to school and their behavioral activities in the process of commuting.On the premise of ensuring the life safety of children,the landscape of children’s commuting path from the perspective of safety can meet the independent travel needs of children,train their independent ability,increase the opportunities for outdoor activities and social activities of children,promote the development of children’s physical and mental health,as well as play a positive role in the construction and development of Children Friendly Cities.This paper takes commuting children as the research object,from the perspective of children’s safety,studies the landscape design of school commuting path.First of all,this paper summarizes the concepts and Research on children’s safety and the landscape of school commuting path.It is sure that studying the landscape of commuting path near schools from the perspective of safety has positive significance for the safety and physical and mental health of the children.Secondly,the corresponding theoretical foundation for the practical research of this paper is laid by studying a large number of domestic and foreign theoretical literature,analyzing and summarizing the relevant outstanding cases,and condensing the essence of the excellent cases.Thirdly,the children’s safety problems existing in the landscape of commuting paths are observed and summarized by conducting field research on existing landscape of Kangle road in Xi’an.Finally,in view of the above problems,this paper puts forward targeted safe landscape design strategies and methods for children’s commuting path from the aspects of children’s traffic safety,children’s physical and mental health,and social safety,Aiming at the problems of poor direction cognition,poor spatial accessibility,poor walking safety and fast peed of motor vehicles found in the aspect of traffic safety,following the principle of taking children’s life safety as the foundation and encouraging children to travel independently,this paper puts forward the strategy of building children’s guidance system and pedestrian vehicle slow traffic sharing street.In view of the lack of landscape in children’s physical and mental health,following the principle of path landscape to promote the development of children’s physical and mental health,this paper puts forward the strategy of increasing children’s psychological healing landscape,sports and social game space in the street.In view of the lack of natural supervision and protecting shelter space in the aspect of social security,following the principle of encouraging residents’ activities to increase natural supervision,this paper puts forward the strategy of increasing the shared activity space with protecting function and attracting residents’ activities,and carries out reconstruction design for Kangle road in Xi’an,so as to provide reference for future landscape design of children’s commuting path.The research results show that the landscape design strategies,methods and contents of the school commuting path from the perspective of children’s safety can provide a theoretical reference for the future design of children’s school commuting path landscape.The research not only meets the basic needs of children’s independent school commuting activities,but also improves the quality of the street environment,provides more activity space,and has a positive influence on children’s physical and mental health.At the same time,the improvement of landscape attracts residents around the school to recreate in the streets and strengthens the natural supervision of school commuting path,therefore playing a positive role in encouraging children to commute independently.
