Research On The Humanization Design Of Waiting Space In The Outpatient Department Of General Hospitals

Along with the population growing and improvement of living standards,the public demand for medical resources is increasing.In recent years,constantly intensify the building of hospital in our country,in order to make up for the shortage of medical resources,as soon as possible early hospital construction in our country in order to satisfy the demands of a larger number of visits for the first goal,generally follow the design strategy of efficiency as the forerunner,the humanized design of hospital space full attention,more difficult to meet the needs of patients mental and physical all-round.At present,our country hospital is in the full implementation of modern biology-psychology-social complex medical mode of stage,people are no longer limited to a single requirement for hospital building health care function,hope to get more comfortable medical environment,the humanized design demand for hospital buildings is also increasing.In this paper to the demand of the hospital waiting list as the breakthrough point,to general hospital as the research object,depending on the type of the outpatient department and the corresponding patient population demand difference,the department waiting space layout,interior design,selection of facilities of humanization design was carried out to explore.Thesis research mainly has the following several aspects:The first chapter,on the hospital waiting room and the related research and development background of humanized design is analyzed,define the concept and scope,and explains the research methods and framework;The second chapter,the humanized design concept and general hospital outpatient department waiting space situation to comb,and the department of general hospital outpatient type with the patients demand analysis,summing up the main types of patients,and to summarize patients based on the needs of the outpatient department and types;The third chapter,select general hospital more than domestic spot investigation and interview investigation,in order to draw plane,photos,interview methods such as waiting crowd summarize both the convergence problems of general hospital;And preliminary theoretical research to difference divided patients with a variety of typical department,analyze the needs of patients with various departments differences,combined with the research at the same time,summarizes all kinds of typical department the particularity of the problem;The fourth chapter,combining theoretical research and the research results,attempt to put forward the general hospital outpatient department waiting space in the layout,interior design and facilities selection of humanized design strategy,and all kinds of typical department waiting space put forward humanized design;The fifth chapter,in plateau mountainous area people’s hospital of shenzhen as a practice project,introducing study the humanized design method,the preliminary design of the outpatient department waiting space in the layout,which is modified and optimized,to verify the conclusion of this thesis research.The hospital is not treatment machine.Through this article to the topic,to attract more scholars in hospital building of humanized design research,hospital architecture design for the future provide certain guidance and reference.
