Study On Public Space Design Of General Hospital Under The Influence Of Treatment Efficiency

Public space is an important part of hospital building and one of the most frequently used spaces.It is also the main place for patients to register,pay,get medicine,waiting,passing,resting and activities in the process of medical treatment.As medical models change,more and more attention has been paid to the psychological and social needs of patients while paying attention to their physical health.In order to ensure the high efficiency of medical treatment and high quality experience of patients,new requirements are put forward for the design of hospital public space.However,the existing research on hospital public space mainly focuses on the public space experience research,such as space design,humanized demand,space evaluation and physical environment evaluation.It lacks public space characteristics and demand analysis to meet the high efficiency of medical treatment,unable to adapt to the needs of patients.Therefore,this paper takes the public space of the general hospital as the research object,and the main users of the research are the patients and their accompanying personnel.First of all,through the classification of public space types,it is clear that public space is composed of four parts: medical auxiliary space,waiting space,passage space and service space.This paper analyzes the public space of typical general hospitals at home and abroad,and sums up three kinds of public space organization modes,namely hall type,hospital street type and compound type.The key factors influencing the efficiency of medical treatment in the design of public space are analyzed.On this basis,six typical cases of general hospitals are selected to analyze the efficiency of medical treatment and the current situation of public space.Using the space syntax theory,this paper analyzes the rationality of public space design of different organization modes,and judges the efficiency of public space medical treatment from the theoretical level.Then through the field research,from the practical use level,analyze the problems that affect the efficiency of medical treatment of the users in the design of public space,it is classified and summarized into three categories: the use of public space,public space access and public space information transmission.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis and current problems,aiming at improving the efficiency of medical treatment,the optimization design strategy of public space is put forward from three aspects of public space layout,spatial characteristics and transportation system,to ensure the function integrity,space guidance and traffic accessibility of the public space of the general hospital.And take Nanshan District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen as an example to design public space.In order to provide ideas and references for the future research and practice of public space in general hospitals.
