With the scarcity of natural resources and the increasingly serious environmental problem, people’s awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased. Many countries have vigorously supported the development of energy-saving and environmentally-friendly emerging industries.Under this premise,China will also develop new energy vehicles as one of the effective ways to solve environmental and energy problems. The state and local governments also formulated a series of related policy to reduce the environmental impact of vehicle emissions and promote sustainable economic development. How to consider the consumers’ green preference demand and government subsidy related incentive policies to optimize the decision-making of new energy vehicle supply chain structure and promote the rapid development of new energy vehicle market, becoming a key issue in new energy vehicle supply chain management. Therefore, the paper studied the decision-making problem of new energy vehicle supply chain optimization considering consumers’green preference and government subsidies under the background of’subsidy fall’.First, considering consumers’ green preference to divide consumers into ordinary consumers and green consumers, and establishing a new energy vehicle supply chain optimization decision model that considers consumers’ green preference.Secondly, the paper studied the optimization decision model of new energy vehicles considering government subsidies. Finally,a new energy vehicle optimization decision model was established by considering consumers’green preference and government subsidies.details are as follows:(1)The construction of new energy vehicle supply chain optimization decision model considering consumers’green preference.According to the heterogeneity of consumer preference, consumers were divided into green consumers and ordinary consumers, and the utility function of ordinary consumers and green consumers was constructed considering consumer green preference.green and ordinary consumer demand for new energy vehicles and traditional cars were got. Then established a centralized decision-making and decentralization model of new energy vehicle supply chain considering consumer green preference, and designed a coordination mechanism. Finally, studied the impact of consumer green preference and green consumer ratio on new energy vehicle supply chain decision-making through numerical analysis. The research shows that:Under the centralized decision, the proportion of green consumers and the green preference are directly proportional to the sales price of new energy vehicles. The increase in the proportion of green consumers is not beneficial to the increase of total profit in the supply chain.Under the decentralized decision-making,the profit of the manufacturer is greater than the profit of the dealer, and the optimal profit was obtained. The total profit of the supply chain under the centralized decision is much more than the total profit of the supply chain under the decentralized decision.Through the design coordination mechanism, there is an interval to satisfy the profit of the manufacturer and the dealer after the coordination mechanism is greater than the profit before the coordination under the revenue sharing contract.(2)The construction of optimization decision model for new energy vehicle supply chain considering government subsidy. The paper established a new energy vehicle supply chain model under centralized and decentralized decision-making by introducing the greenness and subsidy factor adjustment factors to describe the subsidy parameters and compared the results, and then designed the coordination mechanism. At last,The paper studied the impact of subsidy factor adjustment factors and greenness standards on sales prices, demand, and profits through numerical analysis. The research shows that:Under centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making,the subsidy factor adjustment factor is inversely proportional to the sales price of new energy vehicles, and is directly proportional to demand. The decline in the subsidy factor is conducive to profit growth. The greenness standard of new energy vehicles is directly proportional to the sales price and inversely proportional to demand.(3)The construction of new energy vehicle supply chain optimization decision model considering consumer green preference and government subsidy. The paper established centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making models respectively under the two subsidy strategies that subsidies to consumers and subsidies to manufacturers by combining the research contents of Chapters 3 and 4.and then compared the results of the two.Through numerical analysis, the influence of subsidy coefficient and consumer green preference on the optimization decision of new energy vehicle supply chain under the background of’subsidy fall’ was obtained. The research shows that:When subsidizing new energy vehicle manufacturers, the subsidy factor is inversely proportional to the sales price of new energy vehicles. The sales price of new energy dealers rises as the subsidy declines, and the subsidy coefficient and consumer green preference are proportional to the total profit of the supply chain. The subsidy factor and consumer green preference are directly proportional to the manufacturer’s profit, and the subsidy factor is inversely proportional to the profit of new energy vehicle dealers. The sales price of new energy vehicles is higher when subsidies are given to consumers than given to manufacturers under centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making.
