The information involved in the production stage of prefabricated components is numerous and complex,but the current information integration method is difficult to meet the information interaction needs of the project participants.At the same time,there is a lack of scientific production plan in the production process,resulting in the waste of resources and low production efficiency.Therefore,this paper attempts to apply BIM technology and genetic algorithm to the production management of prefabricated building components in order to improve the efficiency of information transmission and the level of production management.First,the paper expounds the basic concepts of BIM technology,IFC standard system and expansion method,analyzes the production scheduling problem and its optimization method,and determines the IFC standard as a means of information transmission during component production,the genetic algorithm as a solving method of component production scheduling problem.Second,IFC standard and IFC file are deeply analyzed in this paper.The positioning of target component,the reading of attribute information,the extraction and division of component based on the IFC file are realized,and the software for extracting and dividing component is developed and validated.Third,a model of production scheduling optimization that meets the actual production situation is established,and the genetic algorithms is used to solve the problem of production scheduling optimization.The information expansion process is designed to realize the expression of the corresponding parameter information in the IFC file of the components that have been divided,and the expansion function is developed and verified.Fourth,on the basis of coding design of the prefabricated components,the Navicat for mysql software is used to establish the database of component production information.At the same time,the method of interaction between the database and the expanded IFC file is proposed,and the function of IFC file storage is developed and verified.Fifth,the information transfer process of production scheduling optimization based on IFC file is designed,and the BIM-based production scheduling optimization scheme is formed through the realization of each functional module.
