With the continuous progress of science and technology,higher requirements have been put forward for the utilization rate of resources.As the first-choice technical means for the rational dispatch of water resources,the pump station project currently has the problems of low use efficiency and large energy consumption,it seriously affects the exertion of the benefit in the process of water conveyance and distribution.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to study the energy-saving technology of pumping station.In order to adapt to the development trend of energy saving and emission reduction,the project operation of pumping station adheres to the concept of green and sustainable development,optimizes the economic and Safe Operation Scheme,and finally achieves the goal of minimum energy consumption and optimal efficiency.In this paper,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test are used to establish the models of steady-state operation and variable-frequency and variable-diameter regulation of pumps,which are based on the optimal operation criteria of pumping stations and the objective functions of maximum efficiency and minimum power consumption respectively,development of decision support system.Taking the Xiangfenbei branch line pumping station project as the research object,the simulation results are compared with the field test results,and the reasons for the difference source and the low energy consumption of pumping station are analyzed,the feasibility of variable frequency operation of pump station as an energy-saving means is analyzed,which provides a basis for optimizing decision support system and optimizing energy-saving operation scheme.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)the principle of work point regulation is different,the energy loss is different,and variable speed regulation is an effective energy-saving regulation;(2)Combined with the field test results of the pumping station,the energy consumption of the pumping station was evaluated,and the reasons for the low efficiency of the device were analyzed.The main reasons were: 1)the selected pump head was larger than the actual required head,making the working point close to the right boundary of the high efficiency zone;2)The motor efficiency does not meet the limited energy consumption standard;3)Influences of cavitation,wear and other factors during operation;(3)By comparing the field test results,it was concluded that the deviation between the simulation results and the test results was due to the fitting error of the pump performance curve.The nonlinear least square method was introduced for optimization,and the gap was significantly reduced after optimization.(4)Considering the pump speed regulation frequency conversion,and on this basis to determine the most energy saving boot combination,put forward the energy saving operation scheme.
