In recent years,global attention to the efficient use of resources and the continuous expansion of my country’s heating scale have made it imperative to save energy in the operation of heating systems.One of the more important aspects is the energy saving and consumption reduction of circulating water pumps.The research on energy saving and consumption reduction of circulating water pump is related to the heating quality of the system and the exploration of energy saving potential.A large number of engineering practices have shown that in the past,the water pump selection has problems such as rough design,insufficient calculation,and excessive margin selection.This has greatly increased the initial investment cost of the heating system,and the adjustment and operation scheduling in the middle and late stages are also difficult.This subject mainly uses computer simulation technology to deeply analyze and study the problem of excessive energy consumption of the circulating water pump in the heat exchange station of the heating system,and propose an energy-saving operation scheme of the circulating water pump with practical significance to reduce the power consumption of the circulating water pump,which is an important part of the heating industry.Sustained and healthy development to improve efficiency and gain.First of all,the current situation of heating system operation in Shengshi Haoting district in Dingzhou was tested by experiment,the collected operating data was summarized and analyzed,and the reason for the high energy consumption of circulating water pump was analyzed.Secondly,with the help of computer simulation technology to build a simulation analysis model of the district heating system,taking the operating data of the circulating water pump of the heat exchange station as the starting point,and controlling the error between the simulation data and the actual data within the allowable range of the project.Finally,in order to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption of the circulating water pump in the heat exchange station,using the method of simulation analysis,combined with the relevant characteristics of valve adjustment,the heating analysis model of Shengshi Haoting District was simulated and adjusted,and the valve opening that needed to be changed was obtained value.The simulation results are applied to the case project,and a more ideal consumption reduction result is obtained.A heating system analysis model was established using a computer simulation platform,combined with the actual collected operating data,a comprehensive analysis of the efficiency and energy consumption of the water pump was carried out,and a simulation and consumption reduction strategy with practical significance was summarized.This strategy solves the energy consumption problem of the circulating water pump of the heat exchange station to a certain extent.The computer simulation technology solves many problems in the heating industry by virtue of its own advantages such as the simplicity and convenience of debugging the heating system,the clear and clear debugging effect,and reducing the workload of the actual heating system operation scheduling.It provides the operation of the circulating power system in the actual heating cycle of the project.Analysis and evaluation of efficiency and energy consumption levels and suggestions for improvement are of great significance in practical engineering applications.
