Hydraulic pump station is a hydraulic device to provide the power to hydraulic system, there are two kinds of commonly used pump in hydraulic pump station:quantitative pump and variable pump. The displacement of quantitative pump can't be changed, and the rate of flow provided to the hydraulic system is controlled by speed regulating valve or throttle valve, excess flow through the relief valve flow back to the fuel tank, thus causing the waste of energy. Variable pump with variable displacement, variable plunger pump is the most widely used, the structure of variable piston pump is very complex, and processing equipment investment is large and expensive, and noise is bigger, the supply cycle is long, therefore variable pump is mainly used in high-end hydraulic system. Due to the low efficiency of traditional hydraulic pump station, the energy waste is very large, so in order to promote economic development, save energy conservation, a further research on efficient, intelligent, energy-saving new type of hydraulic pump station system is very necessary.This article analyzed and compared the control principle and way of pump station system, and determined the control mode and structure of the energy-saving pumping station. Combined high-power servo drive and cheap quantitative pump, formed a closed loop control method through the introduction of pump station system operation parameters as feedback signal to the special controller processing and to realize the convenient location, speed, pressure control, reduce the energy loss in the system, improve the efficiency of the system. Through automation operation, which can realize closed loop control and reduce the idle time of the pump, improving the economic benefit.In this paper, on the basis of the servo motor to drive the internal gear pump, built the transfer function of energy saving pumping station system, the stability study and simulation analysis prove the reliability of the energy-saving pumping station system, but the frequency response of system is not high and lack of quickness. In view of the hydraulic system is a kind of outside interference caused by uncertainty, time-varying, nonlinear controlled object, established the mathematical model is not accurate, and the fuzzy control is based on the operation data and the experience of the people can achieve good control effect without the accurate mathematical model of the object. PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy is used to improve the dynamic response of the energy-saving pumping station, through the analysis and comparison simulation, the results show that the PID and fuzzy self-tuning PID can improve the dynamic response of energy-saving pump station system, and self-tuning fuzzy PID can dynamically modify the control parameters, thus the control effect is more outstanding. In accordance with the requirements of energy-saving pump station control system, design the corresponding control scheme of modular energy-saving pump station and hardware system platform, designed a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, variable flow and intelligent control system of the hydraulic pump station.
