| With the further construction of high-speed railway lines,my country’s high-speed railway lines have basically realized network operation.The further development of high-speed rail freight has had an impact on air freight in terms of transportation capacity,freight costs,and types of freight services.High-speed rail and air freight services are homogeneous.Analyzing the competition and cooperation relationship between high-speed rail and air cargo is conducive to the integration and optimization of cargo resources,and the balanced development of economic and social benefits.Based on the development status and existing problems of high-speed rail and air freight,this article first integrates the goods transported by high-speed rail and air freight,and selects three types of cargo,light emergency,fresh goods,and ordinary express parcels for analysis.Through reading relevant literature and linking with the actual situation,five cargo index attributes of economy,speed,safety,convenience,and reliability are selected to measure the shipper’s preference.The combination weighting method is used to calculate the attribute weights of the cargo indicators considered by the shipper when consigning different types of cargo.Through calculation,it is found that the attributes of the five cargo indicators are different when the shipper conducts different types of cargo consignments.Secondly,the Logit model is used to calculate the sensitivity of light emergency,fresh goods,and ordinary express parcel goods based on the distance dimension of the competition and cooperation interval,relative competition degree,and economy and speed of the high-speed rail freight sharing rate.Combining the calculation results to analyze the competition and cooperation strategy of high-speed rail cargo and air cargo,and put forward relevant suggestions for the balanced development of high-speed rail cargo and air cargo.Through the analysis of the co-opetition relationship between light emergency cargo,fresh goods,and ordinary express parcels,it is found that the co-opetition areas of the three types of goods are not the same.The competitive advantage of high-speed rail freight in the three types of goods is gradually increasing.The relative degree of competition for high-speed rail freight within the interval is also increasing.In light emergency cargo,high-speed rail freight can increase its competitive advantage by speeding up,and fresh goods and ordinary express parcel cargo can increase its competitive advantage by reducing prices.This paper analyzes the economic region where the high-speed rail and air cargo overlap lines are located according to the calculated competitive interval to obtain the high-speed rail and aviation cooperation strategy.Use the ISM model to analyze the key factors of the equilibrium of competition and cooperation,and give suggestions on the application and sharing of logistics information technology,the training of high-quality logistics professionals,the construction of key transportation hubs,and the planning and construction of freight networks.From the micro level,the competition strategy of high-speed rail freight,air cargo and the cooperation strategy of air-rail combined transport are given respectively.From the shipper’s preference weight,it gives detailed suggestions on the balance of competition and cooperation between sub-high-speed rail freight and air cargo,and proposes suggestions for improving the competitiveness of high-speed rail freight from the sensitivity analysis of the high-speed rail cargo share rate.High-speed rail and aviation are important modes of transportation in the country.While there are competitions,cooperation should be strengthened to promote the sound development of the national transportation system. |
