Research On The Co-opetition Development Of Port Freight Forwarding Enterprises

With the opening and expansion of the import and export industry and the port logistics industry after China's accession to the WTO,foreign freight forwarding enterprises with strong capabilities enter the Chinese market and directly compete with Chinese enterprises,which imposes higher requirements on China's port freight forwarding enterprises,and the corresponding port freight forwarding enterprises.The competitive pressures are also faced becoming more and more intense.However,as China's port freight forwarding enterprises themselves,there are also problems in which enterprises cannot clearly recognize their own adverse market conditions and deviations in their operating methods.As a result,the overall operation of port freight forwarding enterprises is in a state of affairs,and the business volume is barely flat or even falling.Under this circumstance,it has a very important practical significance to study the competing development model of port freight forwarding enterprises and build a competitive development system for port freight forwarding enterprises.It is of great practical significance for port freight forwarding enterprises to constantly improve their own operating methods and promote the rapid development of the enterprise's economy.This article takes the development of port freight forwarding enterprises as the research object,through the analysis of the main body of the port logistics system,this paper further explores the cooperation mechanism and cooperation motives between the port logistics system and the freight forwarding enterprises,and uses the SWOT strategic analysis method to analyze the port freight forwarding enterprises.The strategy and positioning of the co-opportunity development discusses the driving factors and favorable conditions for the port-to-port freight forwarding enterprises' competition and cooperation.Then,from the horizontal and vertical perspectives of the integrated development of the seaport freight agency enterprises' cooperative game,this paper determines the index weights of the evaluation matrix and the evaluation matrix of the seaport freight forwarding enterprises through the method of competitive development evaluation index selection and location quotient analysis.And use a multi-level dynamic gray comprehensive evaluation method to determine the evaluation of gray classes,build a port forwarding enterprise competing development model.This article takes port freightforwarders in Tianjin as an example to conduct an empirical analysis.From the many freight forwarding enterprises in Tianjin Port,two typical freight forwarding enterprises are selected as competing development evaluation targets,and the evaluation matrix of the two freight forwarding enterprises is determined through the AHP and the scoring method.The evaluation matrix data is brought into the model for horizontal and vertical evaluation index calculations,and the horizontal and vertical competition effectiveness values ??of the two freight forwarding enterprises are analyzed to provide certain reference suggestions for the development of Tianjin port freight forwarding enterprises.
