Research On Mechanism Of Cost Formation For Railway Engineering Based On Intelligent Construction

A new round of scientific and industrial revolution is booming,which promotes the transformation and upgrading of construction technology for railway engineering.The policy orientation of high quality development of construction industry puts forward new requirements for intelligent development of railway construction technology.It is an inevitable trend that China’s railway construction changes from traditional construction mode to intelligent construction mode.Intelligent construction mode changes the production activities,production factors and organization management of railway engineering construction,and influences the formation of railway engineering cost in the technical path.In this context,it is urgent to study mechanism of cost formation for railway engineering based on intelligent construction in the technical dimension.Firstly,the concept of intelligent construction is defined.The technical and economic characteristics of intelligent construction are analyzed.The differences between intelligent construction mode and traditional construction mode are analyzed.The concept of mechanism of cost formation for railway engineering in the technical dimension is put forward.Secondly,based on the existing literature,the influencing factors of cost for railway engineering in the intelligent construction mode are identified from the three aspects of production activity,production factors and organizational management.The initial set of influence factors is determined through expert review.Then 17 influencing factors are selected through questionnaire survey.The ISM Model is used to study the influence relationship of cost influencing factors for railway engineering in the intelligent construction mode,and the ISM model of influence factors is obtained.According to ISM model,the influencing factors are divided into direct surface influence factors,intermediate indirect influence factors and deep fundamental influence factors.The SD model of cost formation system for railway engineering in the intelligent construction mode is built on the basis of the influence relations of the influence factors obtained from the ISM model.Firstly,the subsystem of production activities and the subsystem of production factors and organizational management are constructed respectively,and then integrated into the system of railway engineering cost formation.Combined with a specific case,this paper simulates the railway engineering cost formation system,and analyzes the influence mechanism of intelligent construction on the cost formation of railway engineering from three aspects of influence interface,influence path and influence effect.Finally,the suggestions of cost management for railway engineering in the intelligent construction mode has been put forward.By studying the mechanism of cost formation for railway engineering based on intelligent construction,the theoretical research achievements on the mechanism of cost formation can be enriched.The research results are aiso helpful for the relevant departments to further improve the level of cost management.
