Research On The Architectural Heritage Of Pingsui Railway In Inner Mongolia

Pingsui railway is the first railway designed and built by China.It has been built for 18 years,with a total length of more than 800 kilometers.It has experienced two historical periods of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China.It is a brilliant stroke in the history of Chinese engineering technology.It not only represents the highest level of Railway Engineering Technology in China at that time,but also leaves a number of railway architectural heritages with considerable quantity,rich variety and high value.These buildings are scattered on both sides of the old railway,telling the travelers the historical events and symbolic significance behind them.The Pingsui railway architecture in Inner Mongolia studied in this paper,especially the station building and the railway architecture in Beijing Zhangjiakou section present different style characteristics.As an integral part of Pingsui railway architectural heritage,it has unique value performance.Through these railway architectural heritage,it can help to interpret the technical characteristics and historical background of Pingsui Railway Construction in Inner Mongolia.From the perspective of architecture discipline,this paper studies the Pingsui railway architectural heritage system in Inner Mongolia,analyzes and studies the historical information,value significance,form characteristics,cultural phenomenon and architectural characteristics of railway architectural heritage in the way of deconstruction,and discusses how to build an organic protection pattern of Pingsui railway architectural heritage in Inner Mongolia.So as to solve the problems faced by railway architectural heritage,such as the lack of understanding of history and culture,the lack of understanding of value,the rough repair process,the fuzzy expression of authenticity,and the lack of scientific protection and utilization.First of all,starting from the development history of China’s early railway,this paper studies the era background and event opportunity of the construction of Ping Sui railway,explores the objective causes and influencing factors of its emergence and development from a historical perspective,and summarizes the three construction stages of the railway,so as to clarify the development process of the whole line of road construction and grasp the historical main line of Ping Sui railway.Secondly,based on the historical context and era background of Ping Sui railway,this paper studies the characteristics and phenomena of Ping Sui railway architectural heritage in Inner Mongolia,and analyzes the corresponding architectural heritage form characteristics from the five elements of shape,space,structure,decoration and technology,so as to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the types and characteristics of Ping Sui railway architectural heritage in Inner Mongolia.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the sprouting and development of railway architectural culture in China,this paper studies the cultural phenomenon of pingsui railway architectural heritage in Inner Mongolia,and expounds the spiritual significance,local exploration and multi fusion characteristics of railway architectural heritage culture.And from the material level to analyze the architectural form,in order to interpret the formation order and construction logic behind the architectural form.Finally,based on the above research,this paper clarifies the dominant value and potential value of Pingsui railway architectural heritage in Inner Mongolia,and then explains the necessity of research and protection of related railway architectural heritage,and connects with each other from four protection levels: policies and regulations,application of digital technology,activation and utilization,and the overall protection of combined route and architectural heritage,To further develop the construction of the Pingsui railway in Inner Mongolia architectural heritage of the overall protection system.
