Research On The Reconstruction Design Of Village Houses In The Environment Of Rural Tourism

Recently,according to Chinese government’s plan of development to support the construction of new rural areas and activate the village tourism industry,many rural reconstruction projects have emerged.In the current agricultural tourism environment of Chinese rural area,however,the change of B&B project in rural areas shows a strong homogenization phenomenon.One fundamental reason is that our practitioners generally lack in-depth investigation and research on the natural and cultural landscapes of the local villages,and they always use unreasonable and mediocre design methods for the renovation of rural houses.Based on Taolou Township in Hefei City,we investigates the local culture and natural characteristics of Taolou,combined with the actual problems brought about by the development of Taolou rural tourism environment,and explores new designs suitable for the transformation of Taolou’s rural residential model.We organize and divide this paper into 5 sections which are shown as follow:the introduction is presented in section 1,which mainly introduces the starting point of the paper and the background of Taolou,the emphasis of research on Taolou,and research-design methods.The second section outlines and defines the village tourism environment and the evolution of rural housing characteristics,briefly introduces the concept of rural tourism environment,the development and concept of rural housing,and summarizes the classic cases in China and abroad.Section 3 focuses on the basic research on the rural tourism environment of Taolou Town and the basic cultural conditions and natural endowment for the development of B & B in Taolou Town.We propose the policies and give strategies of the integration of B& B,agriculture and tourism in Taolou town.Section 4 mainly researches the transformation methods and design schemes of Taolou Town’s agricultural tourism environment,starting with the architectural elements of the Jianghuai River Basin,analyzing its agricultural and forestry landscapes,cultural and folk activities and other elements,and extracting constructive transformation ideas from them and analyzing them Elaborate and analyze in detail.The final two sections-section 5 and section 6 describes in detail how the author based on his own investigation and research to design a specific design plan for B&B decoration and its environmental development based on the Taolou rural tourism environment.By analysing rural tourism environment and specific B&B case,related concepts and viewpoints and constructs the theoretical framework of Taolou Country House are analyzed in this paper in detail.We use this theoretical framework as a basis and combine the case study of the transformation of excellent country houses in my country with the design strategy and decoration strategy of B&B houses suitable for Taolou rural tourism environment.
