| The development of manufacturing enterprises has a strong dependence on warehousing activities,and the development of warehousing activities is also inseparable from the support of manufacturing industry.Under the impact of Internet technology,manufacturing enterprises will usher in unprecedented opportunities and challenges,and the backward warehousing management mode will be eliminated by the times.It is urgent to make up for the shortcomings of warehousing management.This paper designs and implements an intelligent warehouse management system for auto parts enterprises,aiming at the problems existing in the warehouse management of auto parts enterprises,such as disordered warehousing order,unreasonable storage of goods,imperfect handling mechanism of goods return,limited management ability of warehouse managers and so on.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of the representative warehouse management system at home and abroad and the warehouse management system of auto parts industry,introduces the related theoretical knowledge and technology of the system development,in the technical aspect,first introduces the RFID technology for data collection,then introduces the B/S architecture related technical knowledge of the system application,and then introduces the development of the system Spring and My Batis are the most important frameworks used in this paper.Finally,the My SQL database is introduced.Secondly,the demand of the system is analyzed.Firstly,the feasibility of the system is analyzed in many aspects.Then,the business process analysis and demand modeling are carried out for the business involved in the system,including storage management,warehousing management,return management,inventory management,warehouse management and early warning management.Finally,the performance and reliability of the system are described.Finally,the system is designed,implemented and tested.Firstly,the network architecture of the system is determined according to the characteristics of the warehouse,and the system application architecture is designed and analyzed.According to the business involved,the system function module is designed,the E-R diagram of the system is designed,and some key entities are selected for detailed data table design.Then the system is implemented by using Java language and related technologies System functions,functional and non functional testing of the system,the final test all passed,the system meets the requirements.The intelligent warehouse management system of auto parts enterprises can pass the test,which can realize the fine management of parts,effectively reduce the work difficulty of warehouse staff,improve the circulation of warehouse,improve the utilization rate of storage space,so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of warehouse.The system has a great significance for the development of warehouse management of auto parts enterprises and related manufacturing enterprises The promotion role of fixed price. |
