Expansion And Integration:strategy Of Constructing Transformed Rural Home Stay From The Perspective Of Neo-vernacular

With the rapid development of rural revitalization and rural tourism,rural home stay as a physical carrier of industrialization revitalization and local cultural heritage has attracted more and more attention.However,due to the lack of relevant guidance and regulation in the process of rapid development of this emerging industry,such problems as lack of experience sense and serious homogenization are gradually exposed,and the needs of tourists’ characteristic occupancy experience cannot be met.At the same time,the theoretical research of B&B lags far behind the speed of its construction,and the academic research with architectural design as the breakthrough point is seriously inadequate in both quantity and depth.Based on the perspective of new locality,this paper discusses the construction strategy of rural homestay from the perspective of expansion and integration.First of all,this paper takes the design of home stay as the starting point,clarifies the background significance and research object of this paper,and defines the relevant concepts,and makes clear the research method of this paper.Secondly,the connotation and development of the new vernacular theory and its relationship with the design of homestay are expounded.At the same time,the origin and development of homestay is combed as the theoretical basis for the research on regional construction strategy of local homestay.Through the investigation of the basic conditions,the overall status quo and the development course of the transformed homestay in northeast Jiangxi and the investigation of the user preference,the paper summarizes the problems of the design shortage of the transformed homestay in northeast Jiangxi.Then put forward two principles of organic integration and diversified expansion for the construction of home stay.Finally,the corresponding strategies are put forward from the three aspects of the transformation of folk dwellings,the construction of space and the construction of rural situation.The reformed homestay based on the perspective of new locality is the continuation of traditional regional culture.The author hopes that this paper can provide theoretical reference for the design of rural homestay with characteristic transformation in northeast Jiangxi.
