As one of the oldest bridge types in China,arch bridges are widely used due to their advantages of high rigidity,economy and practicality,and beautiful appearance.Due to the early construction of through-type tied arch bridges,insufficient attention was paid to the suspenders at the beginning of the design,and the suspenders were often the first component to be destroyed.The failure of a single suspender of a through-type tied arch bridge will cause the redistribution of the cable force of the whole bridge,which will cause the remaining part of the suspender to break after being over-strength,and finally lead to the collapse of the whole bridge.It can be seen that the research on the disease safety of the boom and the replacement of the boom cannot be ignored.Based on the background of the Liujiang Yellow River Bridge in Zhengzhou,this article summarizes the development of the through-type tied arch bridge,the technical characteristics of the suspension rod replacement and the current research status,summarizes the common diseases and causes of the tied arch bridge suspension rod,and focuses on the temporary suspension rod method and temporary suspension rod method.The influence of the bracket method and the direct replacement of the boom on the bridge structure,and the analysis of the structural force performance of the three boom replacement methods during the process of replacing the boom.From the perspective of static and dynamic characteristics,the internal force and deformation of the bridge structure are analyzed in the process of using different methods to replace the boom.The analysis shows that the impact of boom replacement on the bridge components on one side of the boom is greater than that on the other side,and the impact of the replacement of the middle boom on the arch ribs and tie beams is greater than the replacement of the side boom;when the temporary boom method is used to tie rods When the arch bridge is replaced by the suspender,the bending moment at the lower end of the suspender beam is less affected than the temporary support method and the direct replacement method;the replacement of the suspender causes the bending moment at the control section of the tied beam and arch rib to change,and then Cause it to control section stress changes.The temporary suspension rod method used to replace the suspension rod has the least impact on the bending moment of the tie beam,arch rib and cross beam,and the least impact on the safety of the structure.Analyze the reasons for the damage of the suspender cables,anchors and protection.The new suspenders to be replaced should be anti-corrosive to ensure the safety of the structure during the replacement and operation of the suspenders,and prevent the bridge from collapsing due to the fracture of the suspenders. |
