Due to the stress characteristics and design defects of the pole arch bridge,the structural safety hazard caused by the damage of the boom was gradually exposed.Due to early understanding of derrick’s life expectancy in the design of arch bridge is insufficient,lead to early arc bridge design is rarely consider the boom of the late maintenance and reinforcement of arch bridge is made which makes the late maintenance and reinforcement becomes more difficult.At present,the large number of the pole arch bridge in our country is faced with the problem of derrick replacement,so it is of great significance to change the research.Based on the stress of the rigid tie bar arch bridge rigidity characteristics of super tensioning boom replacement method,combined with an arc bridge derrick replacement project to verify the feasibility of this method for the rigid tie bar arch bridge rigidity boom replacement construction to provide more options.This paper mainly carries on the following research in this paper:(1)The derrick cable force test as a boom to replace the key links of construction,the structural stress in the process of initial state,the construction safety,reasonable adjustment of bridge state has important significance.To reduce derrick cable force test error,in this paper,on the basis of the current cable force test method,the boom of the completed test practical formula for correction,and combined with engineering examples verify its accuracy;(2)In view of the arch bridge with the design of the bearing capacity of the design of large margin,the local force on the overall structure of the characteristics of small,with super-tension boom mechanical basis.Therefore,based on the commonly used arch bridge boom replacement method,the super-tensioning boom replacement method is proposed,and its construction principle,application scope,construction process,key parameters and construction technology are discussed.This method mainly uses the new boom which has been replaced by the super-tension to partially unload the cable force of the adjacent old boom,and the multi-step cutting the old boom to be replaced,Of the fatigue problem,to achieve the purpose of no auxiliary device replacement boom;(3)Based on the replacement of a concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge,Midas Civil is used to establish the finite element model of super-tensioned boom method.And through the super-tension has been replaced with a new boom,step by step to be cut to replace the old boom,the early tension of the new boom,release super-tension boom and other key process analysis,verify the super-tension boom method in practice Engineering feasibility,while the application of this method to promote the provision of examples;In order to meet the needs of more and more arch bridge boom replacement works,this paper presents the concept of super-tension can be used to guide the rigid pole arch bridge replacement project.
