Research On Design Strategy Of Sponge City In The Residential Area Above The Subway

The rapid development of new urbanization process brings convenience to our daily life and work,but also produces a series of water problems,such as the shortage of water resources,serious flood disasters,water environmental pollution and river ecological deterioration.In order to solve the above problems,through active exploration,China has found that the construction of a good city with natural accumulation,natural infiltration,water pollution and river ecological deterioration Sponge city with natural purification function plays an important role in many important cities in China.However,due to the lack of support of relevant incentive policies and insufficient understanding of the comprehensive benefits of sponge City,the concept of sponge city has not been fully implemented in the actual development of real estate residential quarters,and the design,construction and post management are also imperfect.At the same time,the domestic research on real estate development projects under the concept of sponge City,especially the subway residential quarters,is relatively weak,Up to now,some successful cases of sponge city design in domestic residential areas are mainly concentrated in low-rise and multi-storey ordinary residential areas.Consequently,it is meaningful to study the design strategy of the sponge cities for solving the problems in the development of sponge city in the project of residential community above the subway.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter briefly introduces the research and development background of this paper and its importance and significance for the research project,summarizes and analyzes the research progress of sponge city design concept at home and abroad,and then puts forward the content and technical framework of this paper,which is the premise of this paper.The second chapter introduces the concept definition of related research subjects in detail,such as sponge concept residential area and subway residential area,which lays an academic foundation for the principles and methods to be analyzed in the next chapter.The third chapter summarizes the basic principles and methods of sponge city design of residential quarters based on the relevant theoretical documents of sponge city that have been compiled in China.In the fourth chapter,according to the characteristics of the residential area on the subway,combined with the benefit evaluation,the sponge city design strategy of the residential area on the subway is compiled.On the basis of the above four chapters,combined with the actual case of sponge city design of a subway residential district project in Guangzhou,starting from the characteristics and existing problems of the project,combined with the benefit analysis,this paper discusses the appropriate and reasonable sponge city design strategy of subway residential district.
