In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of people transferred to the town,resulting in urban population size tends to saturation,or even beyond the carrying range,so the town continued to expand to meet the residents of production and life demand.Subsequently,exposed a series of urban problems.Because of the pursuit of high-speed and convenient modern urban life,ignoring the nature of people's production and life and the important role of urban development,gradually away from nature,destruction of the natural environment,more than the natural ecological environment of self-mediation,repair range,the city faces huge environment and resources Stress,and ecological problems are constantly exposed.Among them,the urban water environment is very prominent.Residential area is one of the important components of the town,therefore,to solve the residential area of waterlogging and flood management problems,to optimize the urban rainwater use structure,reduce waterlogging problems,repair water circulation system is of great significance.This paper chooses from the perspective of "sponge city",puts forward the influencing factors of waterlogging in residential area and the problems of rainwater management.By analyzing the characteristics of residential area,this paper constructs the design strategy of residential area renewal and simulates the site with GIS and SWMM,Put forward the simulation performance method and facilities technical route,and use the above results to guide the residential area to update the design practice.The paper is divided into the following five parts: The first chapter elaborates the research background,content,method and framework,the purpose and significance of the renewal design of the residential area,the related concepts and the relevant theoretical and practical research at home and abroad.The second chapter,The third chapter is based on the "sponge city" perspective,put forward the Beijing central city residential area of the design of the update design theory,the study of the results of the study,summed up the residential area ofwaterlogging impact factors;And the strategy framework,including: assessment of site characteristics and analysis problems,site update design strategy and post-maintenance management,update design strategy mainly from the field rainwater circulation system,the underlying surface pattern,vertical design and rainwater landscape four aspects of further study;The fourth chapter based on the SWMM model proposed facilities technical route,auxiliary residential site update design program formation.In the fifth chapter,the author puts forward the feasibility of updating the design concept,strategy and technical route of the former residential area from the practical point of view.
