The Design Strategy Of Urban Residential Area In Cold Region Bsed On Sponge City Theory

Now,our country is promoting the construction of sponge city vigorously,many ministries have issued a number of policies and documents.This paper discusses on the sponge city under the support of the theory,the model and method of winter city residential area public space into the city to implement a sponge,sponge to improve the city to implement,accelerate the construction of the sponge city.This article is divided into four groups to discuss the urban residential areas in the cold area through the design and transformation,to achieve the whole process of sponge.Based on the current frequent city rainwater waterlogging summarizes and combs,analysis of the water cycle and climate characteristic of northeast cold area,analyzes the environmental problems,find the root cause of frequent,the root cause of thinking and find solutions.By reading the related theory of sponge city concept,abroad,learning and understanding and the analysis of the main measures of the sponge city bound,clear the purposes and significances of the research and defines the research objects,the research is analyzed and summarized belong to public space in residential area of the sponge consists of three parts,namely the road system,green land system and water system.The three parts are divided into design principles,design methods and design content analysis,summary.The feasibility of applying the theory of sponge city to the public space of residential area in cold region is verified by the actual case.For the understanding of the theory of sponge City,this paper studies in which way the theory is applied to design public space of the residential areas in the cold area through a variety of examples.From the perspective of stormwater control to understand the design of public space in residential area,and based on this factor to lead the entire design process.In the study expand the sponge city architectural design depth and breadth,breaking the previous reliance on a single or few professional to complete the design of the site,but through the research and technology,multidisciplinary and comprehensive analysis in the design of content,starting from a macro and overall thinking,to seek a breakthrough and development design,provide some design methods for residential area public space in cold sponge.
