| The reform and development of the country is realized through the completion of one project after another.In the tide of reform and opening-up,the reform of economic system and the policy of supporting project construction have provided powerful assistance for the healthy and rapid development of our country.Nowadays,all projects can’t be built without electricity.Therefore,the infrastructure construction of the power industry is the basis for the implementation of all national construction projects.With the continuous development of economy and society,China’s demand for electricity is getting higher and higher.Among them,transformer substation plays an important role in power generation and distribution.An advanced field management system is needed to complete substation construction projects on time,with quality,safely and efficiently.In the management system,schedule management occupies an extremely important position.With the gradual improvement of voltage level,the increasingly complex power grid structure and the increasingly strict project management in China,many new contradictions and problems have emerged in the construction process.This paper will study the progress management of substation construction projects in A city by adopting the methods of literature research,interview investigation,experience summarization and case study.Understand the theoretical knowledge of project management at home and abroad through reading literature,understand the real situation and ideas of substation construction project participants through field investigation and interview,and review the problems encountered in the process of project construction through real cases.This paper introduces some important tools of project management,such as crossing diagram,network plan diagram,fishbone diagram and WBS,and compares the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of crossing diagram and network plan diagram.This paper expounds the present situation of the schedule management of substation construction projects in A city,analyzes the importance of schedule management,and discusses the relationship between schedule management,quality management and safety management,which promotes and balances each other.In this paper,every construction stage of the 110 k V X substation construction project in A city is reviewed,and the reasons for the lagging progress are analyzed,and the obstacles can be avoided or reduced in the future.Through interviews and investigations of key department personnel involved in substation construction projects,the bottlenecks and obstacles encountered in the process of project construction are known,and their suggestions and opinions on optimizing project construction are obtained.Through the questionnaire survey of the personnel of the construction units on site,we know their true views on the problems existing in the project construction process,and listen to their opinions and demands.Looking at the problem from the perspective of both the manager and the managed,we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the whole project construction.Finally,according to the results of investigation and analysis,some optimization suggestions on the feasibility of substation construction projects are put forward. |
