Problems And Countermeasures Of Design Standardization And Production Rationalization Of Precast Composite Floor

Compared with the traditional on-site construction method,prefabricated building adopts factory production of building components and assembly of prefabricated components on the construction site.Emphasis on design standardization,factory production,construction assembly,management information and intelligent application.Precast composite floor is the main component form of horizontal component of prefabricated building floor at present because of its advantages of high stiffness and good overall performance.There are many links in the design and production of precast composite floor,and problems in any link will affect the building quality and construction cycle.The standardization of precast composite floor design and rationalization of production are the key issues to effectively achieve the development goal of prefabricated buildings.This study takes the design and production of precast composite floor as the research object,through the actual investigation of the design and production of precast composite floor in Architectural Design Institute and component factory,analyzes the standardization problems existing in the structural design system of precast composite floor at the present stage.Based on the comparison of the design changes of slab types within and between projects,the paper analyzes the reasons that affect the design standardization of precast composite slab,and points out that the main reason is that there is no unified splitting standard in the structural design stage,resulting in more slab types.Furthermore,through the comparative analysis of different types of slabs,it is clear that the design standardization of precast composite floor is low at present.Based on the production analysis of the universality and efficiency of precast composite floor mold between different projects,the problems of mold non universality and waste in the rational production of precast composite floor were clarified.Through the above analysis,combined with the modular design concept and floor split design factors,a set of prefabricated composite floor standardized design method is proposed.Based on the combination of EXCEL Programming and YJK software,the problem of design standardization in the design of precast composite floor slab is solved.In order to realize the design standardization and production rationalization of precast composite floor,the effective countermeasures are put forward.It has a certain practical significance to effectively realize the design standardization and production rationalization of prefabricated composite floor,which provides a certain reference for Architectural Design Institute and prefabricated component factory in the design and production of prefabricated composite floor,and promotes the development of prefabricated building.
