| Under the influence of Qinhuangdao’s city determining port and developing modern comprehensive trade port,local container business is becoming more and more important.The purpose of this paper is to help Qinhuangdao A company(hereinafter referred to as A company)to diagnose the crux of the problems existing in the container business,and according to the actual situation,formulate strategies suitable for the company’s own future development,so as to keep up with the development requirements of the new era and realize sustainable development.By using a variety of scientific research tools and methods,this paper scientifically considers the internal and external environment of A company’s container business,systematically analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by its development,and formulates strategic measures that are more consistent with the objective reality and development needs of the company.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this paper expounds the basic background and significance of the research,summarizes the domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ research on the development of container terminal business,especially the strategic level,and introduces the basic research direction,ideas and main methods of this paper.Secondly,the paper uses PESTEL method and five forces model to sort out and analyze the macro external environment and industry environment of A company’s container business,and summarizes the existing opportunities and challenges.Thirdly,by combing and analyzing the historical data of A company’s container business,this paper objectively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the root causes.Then,on the basis of the above analysis,SWOT matrix is used for strategic analysis,and strategic positioning is designed according to the results.Then through mathematical analysis,the reference basis is calculated,the strategic policy,objectives,cycle,stages and supporting strategic measures are formulated,and the basic strategic plan is formed.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,this paper puts forward reference strategy suggestions from the aspects of resource integration,logistics system,policy support and so on,so as to ensure the smooth implementation of A company’s container business strategy and achieve the desired results.This paper has a certain scientific guiding role in solving the problems of A company’s container business strategy and practice,and provides reference for other container enterprises with similar situations. |
