Lead-acid battery is the main product of the A battery company,and it is the oldest chemical power source.It has been more than 100 years since its invention.It has been dominant in the energy market since the low cost,high safety,mature technology,convenient use reutilization and the wide of its application.With the rapid development of automobile industry,energy,communication and infrastructure construction in China,the market demand of lead-acid battery is more than 20% per year.At the same time,China is one of the largest exporters of battery in the world.The market demand of leadacid battery has been increasing for many years.In recent years,with the improvement of the national environmental protection requirements,the enterprises pay more attention to environmental protection.The electric industrial vehicles and electric road vehicles have increased greatly.At the same time,with the improvement of enterprise safety awareness,the original artificial machinery operation was gradually replaced by the intelligent machinery.The increasing demand of the related industries led to the large demand of the battery market,especially the battery with high energy life.The basic principle of lead-acid battery is that lead and acid have chemical reaction.They will pollute the environment in the process of production and recovery.Since 2010,the government adpot a series of environmental policy requirements with local governments,and some enterprises has been combed,and some enterprises has fallen from more than3000 to less than 500.The promotion of environmental protection makes the battery companies face great cost pressures.Meanwhile,fierce competition in the industry also makes the profits of enterprises lower and lower.In recent years,the rapid development of lithium batteries and fuel cells has also brought great challenges to lead-acid batteries.Although the technical requirements and high cost of lithium batteries are more suitable for the high end products of new energy sources,lithium batteries will have a certain threat to lead-acid batteries in the future.Therefore,this article takes the A battery company as the research object,examines the various external environment that the enterprise is facing at the strategic height,and analyzes the enterprise’s own conditions,formulating the development strategy suitable for the enterprise,in order to improve the effectiveness of the decision making in the actual operation of the enterprise.This paper also uses the common analytical tools of enterprise strategic management: PEST and five force analysis model to analyze the macro environment and industry environment of the enterprise at present,to find out the possible opportunities and threats that the company may exist in the market,and to scan the advantages and disadvantages of the company by SWOT analysis.Formulate a strategy suitable for the development of the enterprise.A battery company adopts product specialization strategy in battery business,and adopts diversification strategy in the company’s overall business.Combined with the actual operation of the company,the security measures for the implementation of the company’s strategy are formulated from the aspects of organizational structure,enterprise culture,enterprise resources and customer relationship management.
