In order to effectively alleviate global energy tensions and environmental pollution,China solemnly announced at the 75 th session of the United Nations General Assembly that it would strive to reach peak CO2 emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,and the proposed "double carbon" target brings new opportunities for China’s economic and social development.By replacing oil and internal combustion engines with electricity and power batteries,new energy vehicles can effectively reduce the carbon emissions of automobiles and help achieve the "double carbon" goal.The rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry and the increasing ownership of new energy vehicles,while the construction of infrastructure facilities represented by charging piles is lagging behind,resulting in poor charging experience for new energy vehicle users and lack of confidence in new energy vehicles,which in turn hinders the development of the new energy vehicle industry.Therefore,we should speed up the construction of basic charging facilities for new energy vehicles as soon as possible.The location of charging stations is the most important part of the layout planning of new energy vehicle supporting infrastructure,and whether location is proper directly affects the economy and practicality of charging stations,which in turn affects the economic benefits and user experience of the enterprise.In the early stage of exploring the new energy vehicle market,Enterprise B adopted a combination of self-built charging stations and cooperation with charging operators to build a charging network,establish a brand image and capture market share,among which self-built charging stations were mainly built in large transportation hubs and popular shopping mall.However,as the new energy vehicle business of Enterprise B continues to expand and the number of users gradually rises,the existing charging network layout is no longer sufficient to meet the charging demand of users.This paper analyzes the current situation of the charging network of Enterprise B and finds that the layout of the charging network of Enterprise B relies too much on the public charging stations in cooperation with charging operators,which leads to poor charging experience for users.Therefore,this paper proposes a strategy to increase the number of self-built exclusive charging stations,especially on major traffic routes.In order to meet the charging demand of users of enterprise B,this paper collects,organizes and analyzes the data related to the construction of charging stations of enterprise B based on the theory of multi-objective optimization,calculates the charging demand of exclusive charging stations of enterprise B in Chaoyang District,Beijing,constructs a model for selecting the location of the expansion of exclusive charging stations of enterprise B with the objective of minimizing the construction input cost of the enterprise and the charging time cost of users.The Strengthen Elitist GA Algorithm is adopted and solved using the Python genetic algorithm toolbox Geatpy to finally arrive at a site selection plan for the expansion of the exclusive charging station for enterprise B in Chaoyang District,Beijing and make implementation suggestions to solve the problems of charging network layout of enterprise B.There are 14 figures,12 tables and 75 references in this paper. |
