With the further development of the market economy and the continuous improvement of the level of physical industrial manufacturing technology,the demand and development of modern products have become more and more complex and diversified.Traditional product design concepts and methods are gradually changing.For example,human factor analysis and evaluation have been unable to meet the design requirements of product man-machine-environment.In order to reduce the pressure on the human hand,improve the comfort of the hand,and provide a scientific basis for the design of the handle,through the use of human factors ergonomics theory combined with biomechanics to guide the user’s comfort experience,a comfortable design method for holding the handle is proposed.The research is guided by systematic design thinking,comprehensively using literature review method,questionnaire survey method,anthropometric method,experimental method,pressure measurement method and finite element analysis method to carry out specific research.By sorting out and analyzing relevant knowledge in the three fields of anthropometry,hand biomechanics and comfort experience,and integrating and innovating on the basis of existing theories,the design process and method for the comfort experience of gripping handles are proposed.According to the analysis of hand pressure,a hand comfort pressure evaluation system is constructed.Through the pressure measurement of the grip handle and user research and analysis,the principle of handle comfort is summarized to guide design practice and improve design efficiency.Finally,the somatosensory gamepad is used as the research object,design practice is carried out,and the optimized design plan is subjected to pressure evaluation,finite element analysis and user evaluation analysis,which provides a basis for the comfort design of the somatosensory gamepad.Based on the analysis of human factors ergonomics and user comfort experience,an innovative design process for the comfort of the grip is proposed,and an evaluation system for the comfort of the grip is constructed.By optimizing the design process,the comfort of the handheld product is improved,thereby avoiding the fatigue of the handle and the resulting strain,and providing theoretical support and method guidance for the design of the human-machine-environment relationship of the gripping handle. |
