The swing rod movable tooth transmission is a transmission form evolved from the planetary transmission with small tooth difference, which has the advantages of compact structure and high load-bearing capacity. The shock wave device of the three tooth difference swing rod movable tooth transmission is an arc trigonal, with three shock waves.Compared with the two tooth difference swing rod movable tooth transmission, the loadbearing capacity of the three tooth difference swing rod movable tooth transmission is more prominent,It has a wider application prospect in the industrial fields such as lifting and transportation. The system component error has a great influence on the dynamic characteristics of the system. The symmetrical shape of the shock wave device makes the influence more prominent. In order to obtain good dynamic characteristics,it is obviously not in line with the development requirements of digital manufacturing to consider all the system errors,Therefore,it is necessary to determine the key error which has a great impact on the dynamic characteristics of the system,so as to ensure the good dynamic characteristics of the system and improve the production efficiency. In this paper, the tooth shape design of three tooth difference swing rod movable tooth transmission is introduced, and its structure and transmission principle are introduced. The equivalent error model of three tooth difference swing rod movable tooth transmission is established by using equivalent model method. The error and micro displacement of main components are analyzed, and the equivalent error caused by it is obtained by transforming it into force action line. The total equivalent error is calculated, and the effect on main components is calculated according to the total equivalent error The force on the component is to be considered.According to Newton’s second law,the dynamic equations of the main components are established, and the dynamic equations are unified. The mass matrix, stiffness matrix, load matrix and error matrix of the system are established. The meshing stiffness and support stiffness of the meshing pairs of the shock absorber swing rod movable teeth, the center wheel swing rod movable teeth and the movable gear rack swing rod movable teeth are calculated, and the fixed tooth ratio of the three tooth difference swing rod movable teeth transmission system is obtained There is a frequency. The Duhamel integral is used to solve the dynamic equation, and the system dynamic response curves without considering the error and considering the single error are obtained. The key errors that affect the system dynamics are determined by comparing them. The dynamic response curves considering all the errors of the main components and the key errors of the main components are compared to determine that the two curves are close to each other and change the main parameters The dynamic characteristics of the system can be better improved by analyzing the key errors of the components.Based on the vibration simulation module of Adams, two groups of prototype models considering all errors and key errors of the main components are simulated, and the prototype of three tooth difference swing rod movable tooth reducer is processed. The key errors are selected as the research object, and two groups of test workpieces with different precision are processed to form two groups of prototypes. The vibration acceleration test of the two groups of prototypes is carried out,and the main parameters are determined again The dynamic characteristics of the system can be better improved by analyzing the key errors of the components. In this paper,it is important to consider the dynamic error distribution of the three teeth transmission components.
