| Swinging rod movable teeth transmission system has structural advantages,such as center of symmetry,simple structure and so on,which makes transmission system have good performance.However,when machining the components of the swing rod movable teeth transmission system,it is easy to produce machining errors,that changes the profile meshing state of swinging rod movable teeth with wave generator and ring gear,and degrades the performance of swing rod movable teeth transmission system,in order to predict the performance of swing rod movable teeth transmission system after processing and assembling.Therefore,it is necessary to research the performance testing process of virtual prototype with error and the influence of error on the performance of swing rod movable tooth transmission system.Based on the type of machining error of the swing rod movable teeth transmission system,a mathematical model of the error-containing virtual prototype was obtained.On that basis,digital drive software based on mixed programming of VB,MATLAB,Solid Works and Excel platform was developed.That software integrated mathematical model of the error-containing virtual prototype,and realized the digital design of the errorcontaining virtual prototype of swinging rod movable teeth transmission.Based on digital driver software,the error-containing virtual prototype was established,then,the virtual prototype was simulated by ANSYS Workbench and ADAMS software,the virtual prototype performance data were obtained by processing the simulation data,considered the effects of all machining errors,and analyzed the influence degree of errors on the performance of swing rod movable teeth transmission system,through a given individual error value,get the influence degree of individual error on the swing rod movable teeth transmission system.Using digital drive software designed the swing rod movable teeth transmission system,and processed the key component of swing rod movable teeth transmission system,3D imaging of key components was performed by using a scanner,combining reverse engineering DX and Solid Works software to process the 3D model,obtained the teeth profile data with actual parameters,through the contrast analysis of detective tooth profile and theoretical design tooth profile data,determined the detective accuracy of scanner meet the demand of transmission error detection,and established the inherent error values of the wave generator and the ring gear,after scanning,assembling the physical prototype.Digital driver software was used to establish the virtual prototype with the actual parameters,the dynamic simulation of virtual prototype was completed by using ADAMS software,got the virtual prototype performance with the actual parameters,Vibration characteristic simulation using ADAMS/Vibration module,combined the simulation data and test data,through contrast analysis of the actual performance by tested and the performance of the virtual prototype with actual parameters by simulated,which,to a certain extent,verified the performance of virtual prototype with actual parameters was close to actual prototype,further verified the wave generator and ring gear inherent error was the main performance influence factors of the swing rod movable teeth transmission system.The research results of this paper provide reference and reference for the establishment of the virtual prototype with errors and the performance analysis of the actual prototype,and provide technical support for the study of the influence degree of each error on the performance of the swing rod movable teeth transmission system. |
