Two teeth difference swing rod movable teeth drive is a structured form of movable teeth drive, not only has the advantages of traditional drive movable teeth, such as strong bearing, high transmission efficiency, compact structure and wide range of transmission ratio, but also overcomes the additional dynamic load in operation process using eccentric wave producer. This paper makes a comparative study on the tooth profile design, tooth profile characteristic analysis, force bearing state analysis, dynamic modeling and analysis and processing of the two teeth difference swing rod.In this paper the motion law of the swing rod is given, and the tooth profile equations of the center gear and the shock wave device are obtained by attentive derivation. Then the tooth profile equation form is unified. The motion law of the swing rod is controllable during the transmission process. It is explored that the design of the active tooth profile is a transition from the traditional geometric design to the dynamic design.On the basis of tooth profile, the effect of design parameters on the curvature radius of center wheel is discussed. The non-interference condition of the center wheel is given. The effects of various parameters on the pressure angle of the two driving forms are analyzed.Based on the theory of small elastic deformation, elastic deformation coordination assumption and Hertz contact theory, the meshing force is discussed and analyzed. The maximal contact stress on the contact surface is obtained. The variation law of the meshing stiffness of two teeth difference swing rod movable teeth drive is analyzed, and the influence of the structural parameters on the meshing stiffness is analyzed.The dynamics model of two teeth difference swing rod movable teeth drive is established. The natural frequency of the time-invariant systems corresponding to the dynamics model is calculated. Based on Floquet theory and eigenvalue analysis method of stability of multi-degree-of-freedom system with period parameters, the dynamic stability of two teeth difference swing rod movable teeth drive is analyzed. The stable region of dynamic model is obtained. And the method for increasing stability region is given.The virtual prototype of two teeth difference swing rod movable teeth reducer is established by using Solid Works. And kinematics simulation is carried out by using ADAMS. The transmission ratio is verified by simulation. Precision grade and tolerance are selected to draw parts drawing and assembly drawing. At last, the physical prototype is processed.
