In order to achieve the goal of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality,clean energy generation,such as wind power,accounts for an increasing proportion of China’s total power generation.The large-scale integration of wind power has also brought serious wind curtailment problem.Hydrogen energy storage system can not only realize the mutual conversion of electric and hydrogen,but also realize the cross-space utilization of wind power and improve the amount of wind power online.In the Hydrogen energy storage system,which includes both electric-hydrogen and hydrogenelectric links,it is necessary to fully consider the working characteristics of Hydrogen Production Equipment(HPE)and Hydrogen Fuel Cell(HFC),so as to improve the energy efficiency.At the same time,the response delay of HFC should be considered in the economic dispatching of power system.Therefore,analyzing the working characteristics of HPE and HFC in hydrogen energy storage system and studying the economic dispatching model and strategy of power system containing hydrogen energy storage system have become a hot research issue in this field.Based on the above,the research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)In order to deal with the problem that the efficiency characteristics of HPE are not taken into account in the economic dispatching of power system,an economic dispatching model that considering the efficiency characteristics of HPE in hydrogen energy storage system is proposed.When there is surplus of wind power,HPE and Seawater Desalination Equipment(SDE)coordinate with each other,so that it operates efficiently,avoiding running state of rated power or changes of wind power,and improving energy utilization efficiency.Firstly,the principle of hydrogen production by electrolytic water is analyzed,and the efficiency characteristic model of HPE and SDE is established.Secondly,dispatching strategy is proposed that comprehensively considers the efficiency characteristic of HPE and SDE with the goal of minimum operation cost.The example analysis shows that considering the efficiency characteristics of HPE and SDE in the economic dispatching of power system can realize the comprehensive and efficient utilization of wind power.(2)In order to deal with the problem of low energy utilization caused by insufficient utilization of HFC heat generation in hydrogen energy storage system,an economic dispatching model of power system considering HFC thermoelectric characteristics was proposed.Heat generation is accompanied by HFC power generation.Considering the thermal power of HFC in the economic dispatching of power system,and the heat generated by HFC is utilized to effectively improve the efficiency of energy utilization.Firstly,the principle of HFC power generation is analyzed,and the thermal and electric output models of HFC are established.Secondly,the heat storage and release characteristics of the heat supply pipe network in the thermal system are considered as a virtual heat storage tank for modeling.On this basis,an economic dispatching model of the power system is established with the goal of minimizing the system operation cost,which comprehensively considers the thermoelectric characteristics of HFC and the heat storage and release characteristics of the pipe network.The flexibility and economy of the combined HFC electric heating system are verified by an example analysis.(3)In order to deal with the response delay of HFC during startup,an economic dispatching strategy of power system considering the response delay characteristics of HFC is proposed.Since the optimal operating temperature of HFC is different under different loads,when HFC is started at normal temperature,the change of operating temperature is the main factor causing its response delay.Therefore,based on the operating temperature of HFC,the response delay model of HFC is established to analyze its response delay characteristics,and the influence of load on its response time is analyzed to obtain its response time under different load rates.Finally,according to the difference of load rates of HFC,a dispatching strategy that can respond to different dispatching cycles is developed.The example analysis verifies the effectiveness of the proposed dispatching strategy and model.There are 38 figures,22 tables,and 90 references in this thesis.
