At present,at the critical period of energy transition in China,energy storage technology is the key to promote large-scale grid-connected renewable energy.In r ecent years,with the promotion of policy and the development of technology,the prospect of user-side energy storage is good.The development of user-side energy storage can not only promote the utilization of renewable energy in the user-side,but also assist the large-scale grid-connected renewable energy,which is of great significance to the energy structure transformation.At present,the economy of user-side energy storage mainly depends on peak-valley arbitrage.Therefore,this paper mainly uses the peak-valley arbitrage model to evaluate the economy of large-scale industrial user-side energy storage projects.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The theoretical basis of energy storage on the user side is analyzed.Firstly,the types and characteristics of electrochemical energy storage technology are analyzed,and then,the working principle,application and significance of user-side energy storage are introduced,the commercial model and subsidy policy of user-side energy storage are summarized,and the peak-valley electricity price and time period of large industrial users are summarized.(2)the economic evaluation model of side energy storage project for large industrial users is established.Firstly,the 24-hour time-of-use electricity price curve and time-of-use load curve of large industrial users are analyzed,and the optimization effect of load curve of large industrial users under different charging and discharging strategies is analyzed,based on these theories,an economic evaluation model of peak-valley arbitrage for large industrial users is established.The objective of the model is to maximize the net present value,and set constraints,and then use MATLAB to optimize.(3)economic evaluation of side energy storage projects for large industrial users.Firstly,the load optimization effects of typical large industries in major provinces and cities under different charging and discharging strategies are analyzed and the charging and discharging strategies are determined,this paper analyzes the economics of peak-valley arbitrage of large industrial user side energy storage under current peak-valley electricity price in major provinces and cities,and then compares the economics of large industrial user side energy storage peak-valley arbitrage under current peak-valley electricity price in 11 provinces and cities,the influence of peak-valley power difference on the peak-valley arbitrage economy of large industrial users is analyzed,and finally,the sensitivity analysis is used to analyze the current peak-valley power price of 11 provinces and cities under ±20%variation,the vertical comparison of peak-valley arbitrage economics for large industrial users shows that the influence of peak-valley price on large industrial users’ peak-valley arbitrage economics is significant,the sensitivity analysis of battery cost,battery life and discount rate was carried out,and a conclusion was drawn.The results show that when the price difference between peak and valley is 0.7 yuan/kWh or above,the side energy storage of large industrial users can obtain good economic benefits through peak and valley arbitrage.The sensitivity analysis shows that the peak-valley power difference is positively correlated with the economics of peak-valley arbitrage for large-scale industrial user-side energy storage projects,the battery life is also positively correlated with the economics of peak-valley arbitrage for large industrial user-side energy storage projects.The larger the peak-valley power difference and the longer the battery life,the better the economy of large industrial user-side energy storage through peak-valley arbitrage;the battery cost and discount rate have a negative correlation with the economy of large industrial user-side energy storage projects,the higher the battery cost and the discount rate,the worse the economics of peak-valley arbitrage for large industrial users.
